 외식 시장이 그 끝을 모르고 커지다보니, 디저트를 전문적으로 취급하는 업장도 많이 늘었습니다. 커피전문점에서도 여러 빙수를 상품화해서 내놓고 있죠. 그러다보니 빙수메뉴도 다양해졌는데, 빙수하면 뭐니뭐니 해도 팥빙수가 최고로 맛있다는 생각이 듭니다. 그냥 얼음대신 우유를 얼린 우유얼음을 쓰는 건 이제 기본중에 기본이고, 빙질을 일정하게 유지하는가도 눈여겨 보게되고, 팥빙수에 얹어지는 삶은 팥의 맛도 비교할 수 밖에 없더라고요. 이미 삶아져서 팩에 들어있는 기성품을 사용하는 집보다는 직접 팥을 삶아서 만드는 곳의 팥빙수가 훨씬 좋지요. 제가 가장 좋아하는 팥빙수는 이대후문 맞은 편에 있는 옥루몽 팥빙수입니다. 팥이 삶아진 정도나 당도 등이 제일 좋다는 생각이 듭니다. 통의동단팥은 작년 여름에 오픈했는데, 팥을 직접 삶아 사용하는 것은 물론이고, 팥빙수 위에 얹어지는 찹쌀떡도 직접 만들어 사용한다고 합니다. 먹어보면 다른 집에서 얹어주는 찹쌀떡과는 완전히 차별화가 된 것을 느낄 수 있습니다. 팥은 옥루몽보다는 살짝 더 삶아진 듯하고, 당도도 옥루몽보다는 살짝 높은 편입니다. 옥루몽에 비해 연유를 덜 사용해서 얼음과 섞으면 단맛이 거의 없게 느껴집니다. 옥루몽의 팥빙수는 얼음을 뒤적이다 보면 중간에 팥이 있는데 통의동단팥은 중간에 팥이 없습니다. 팥을 좋아하는 분들에게는 팥이 살짝 적게 느껴지지요. 팥빙수 가격이 6000원인데, 천원에 팥을 추가할 수 있으니 팥을 추가해서 드시면 될 듯 합니다. 망고빙수는 7000원이고 망고추가는 2000원입니다. 팥을 좋아하는 저는 저렇게 두 가지를 시켜서 팥만 퍽퍽 퍼먹다가 팥을 추가해서 더 먹습니다. 그래도 7000이면 옥루몽보다 싸지요. 망고빙수에다 팥을 추가해서 먹으니 빙수에서 단호박 맛이 나더라고요. 왜 단호박맛이 나냐고 물으시면, 제 입에 단호박 맛이 나서 그렇습니다. 사직동쪽으로 데이트나 나들이를 하실 일이 있으시면 들러보세요. 따뜻한 음료와 단팥죽도 있습니다. 모두 퀄리티가 좋고 맛있습니다. 포장도 가능하고요. 업장의 분위기도 차분하고 깨끗합니다. 주소는 서울 종로구 통의동 67-3, 3호선 경복궁역 3번 출구로 나와서 청와대쪽으로 쭉 걷다보면 대로변에 있어 찾기도 쉽습니다. 지도첨부를 하고 싶은데 할 수가 없네요. 변명삼아... 찾기 쉽습니당...ㅠㅠ Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 |
