 반세기 넘게 3대에 걸쳐 운영하고 있는 중국집입니다. 서울에서 역사가 있는 중국집들이 으레 그렇듯이 화교가 운영하는 식당입니다. 제 나름의 추억이 있는 곳이라 한번씩 찾곤 합니다. 이 집에 가면 항상 짬뽕을 시켜 먹습니다. 짜장면은 먹어 본 적이 없어서 뭐라 말을 못하겠네요. 원래 짜장을 그렇게 좋아하지 않는 이유도 있고 이 식당에서 짬뽕과 관련된 개인적인 추억도 있는지라 항상 짬뽕만 먹었습니다. 이 집 짬뽕의 경우 야채와 오징어만을 이용해서 만듭니다. 그래서 그런지 상대적으로 다른 집들에 비해서 기름기가 적고 담백합니다. .  최근에 모 프렌차이즈 짬뽕집에서 홍합이 가득 담긴 짬뽕을 먹을때 신선하지 않은 어패류 냄새가 살짝 올라와서 먹기가 힘들었던 것에 반해 이 집 짬뽕은 시각, 후각, 미각적으로 다 깔끔합니다. 탕수육의 경우도 튀김옷이 쫄깃한 것이 먹을 만 했습니다만 특별히 뛰어난 정도는 아닙니다.  이 집의 단점을 꼽아보자면 우선 양이 적습니다. 노포답지 않게 인심이 후하진 않습니다. 남성분들이 가시면 양이 적다고 느끼실 수 있습니다. 짬뽕, 탕수육 다 그렇습니다. 그리고 내부 테이블이 몇개 없고 가게가 작습니다. 노포다운 연륜이라 말할 수도 있지만 낡은 외관이 싫으신 분들에게 단점으로 작용하겠죠.  제가 2000년대 초반에 처음 갔었는데 그때보단 맛이 좀 떨어진 것 같습니다. 저를 이 식당에 처음 데려온 친구는 90년대가 이 집 맛의 절정이었다고 했었습니다. 대를 이을수록 맛이 떨어지나 봅니다. 그래도 한번쯤 가볼만한 가게라고 생각합니다. 가격은 짬뽕 5,000원, 탕수육 16,000원 이었습니다. 위치첨부합니다.
