볶음밥이 너무 떙겼던 고로 멀리 홍대까지 나갔다 왔습니다. 집에서 해먹기에는 화력이 애잔하고...쌀도 현미랑 찹쌀밖에 없고.... 무엇보다 꿈까지 꾸게 만든다는 그 정통 볶음밥을 먹고 싶었죠.  물론 전 계란만 들어간 볶음밥을 원한 건 아니었습니다만, 그래도 미미!!정도는 돈주고 외치고 싶었습니다. 동네 중국집들은 죄다 당근과 계란으로 맛있는 볶음밥인양 속임수를 쓰고 맛은 짜장으로 떄우는 비겁한 한국식 볶음밥들이었습니다. 다시는 당하고 싶지 않았어요. 홍대까지 발품을 팔아 팔아~~ 결론부터 말하자면....딱히 돈과 시간을 써서 갈만하지는 않았네요 -_-  새우볶음밥인데요. 그냥저냥 썰렁합니다. 제가 집에서 해도 나오는 퀄리티. 뭔가 대단히 더 맛있어야 하는데, 딱히 고슬고슬하지도 않고, 그렇다고 뭔가 기름지면서 고소하고 식감과 미감이 조화를 이루어서 입에서 용이 날아다니는....는 건 없었네요.  탕수육입니다. 양이 살짝 적긴 한데, 동네 중국집보다는 맛있습니다. 후르츠 칵테일 소스 맛이 안나고 더 깔끔한 단맛이었어요. 고기도 두툼하니 튀김 속에서 숨 쉬고 있었습니다. 그런데 단 맛이 그냥 설탕맛만 느껴져서 좀 허무하기도 했습니다. 호텔식 탕수육의 맛을 기대했는데.  오향장육이라고 친구가 괜히 오버해서 시킨건데, 별로 맛있진 않았습니다. 전 차가운 음식이 양념되어있는 걸 그렇게 좋아하지 않아요. 식은 장조림 느낌인데, 짭짤한 맛도 적고 그냥 맛 자체가 크게 안납니다. 이걸 왜 이 돈 주고 사먹는지 이해가 안가더라구요. 가지볶음을 한번 먹어볼 걸 그랬네요. 같이 먹는 친구가 싫어할 것 같아서 안 시켰는디..... 고슬고슬한 볶음밥은 다른 곳에서 도전해봐야겠습니다. 연남동 하하는 저도 딱 한번 가고 발길을 끊었어요. 중국집에서 오향장육을 직접하는 경우는 드뭅니다. 직접 조리한 것과 팩에 든것을 까서 플레이팅 한 것은 차이가 많아요. 볶음밥이 맛있는 집은 연남동서 조금 더 걸어올라와서 연희동에 있는 \'류\'로 가세요. 이연복사장님이 하시는 목란 바로 뒤에 있어요. 전 두집 다 자주 가긴 하는데 목란이 연희동으로 이전하는 바람에 걱정이 많았는데 류도 단골이 만만치 않게 많는 집이라 끄떡 없더라고요.
