답이 잘 안나오는 질문이라 약 3주 고민한거 같은데 이번 주 안으로는 답을 주어야 할 것 같아서 여기저기 조언을 구하고 있습니다. 일단 고민하고 있는 곳 하나는 금융관련쪽입니다. 규모가 많이 큰 곳은 아닌데 그렇다고 작은 곳도 아닙니다. 규모로 보면 국내에서 한 10위 중반을 왔다갔다 하는 것 같습니다. 장점은 어지간한 대기업보다 많은 월급, 커리어 측면의 확장(? 이건 불확실 합니다.) 단점은 일단은 포기하고 가는 워라밸(IB보다야 좋다지만 기본 밤 10시 전후 퇴근에 주말 출근이 하루정도는 되는 것 같더군요), 집에서 먼 거리, 업무를 잘 할 수 있을지 자신감 결여 다른 한 쪽은 국내 모 대기업 입니다. 장점은 일단 아는 선배들이 세 분 정도 다니셔서 물어봤는데 연봉도 국내 대기업중에는 좋은 편이고 팀바이 팀이라지만 전반적인 기업문화 및 워라밸도 다들 괜찮다고 하시더군요. 수도권 근무가 확실하구요. 단점은 산업 자체의 전망이 불투명하다 라는 걸까요? (중공업계열은 아닙니다.) 두 가지 경우가 굉장히 다른 삶의 궤적을 걸어가게 된다는 것을 알아서 선택을 빨리 내리지 못하고 있네요. 업무에 대한 자신감 결여가 굉장히 큰 문제인데 제가 재무/회계에 대해서 본격적으로 공부를 해 본적이 없습니다. 전공수업만 들은 정도네요. 인터넷으로 정확하지 않은 주먹구구식 정보만 올려서 정확한 답을 얻기 힘들다는 것을 알지만 조금이나마 선택을 하는데 도움을 얻고자 합니다. 미리 조언에 감사드립니다.
