어.. 뭔가 제목은 거창하게 적긴 했지만 과거 히스토리와 현황을 좀 적어보자면 모 웹 솔루션 업체(중소기업) 기술연구소 다니다가 퇴사하고 공기업 전산직 갔다가 몇달만에 정출연 전산실로 굴러굴러 들어왔습니다. 근데 사실 여기가 좀 특이하게 전산+자산관리 업무를 같이 하는 부서라서 현재 직무도 자산관리 & 전산시스템 구축 및 유지보수를 하고있구요. 연구원에서도 개인역량 개발이나 학위취득에 대해서 관대한편이라 조건이 만족되는데로 대학원 진학을 생각중인 상황입니다. 실제로 제 바로 위 선배도 40초반인데 박사논문만 쓰면 학위 나오는 상태이구요. 대학원 진학의 선택의 폭이 이것저것 있는 상황입니다. 1. 충남대에서 야간에 진행하는 행정쪽 대학원 - 어짜피 전산은 학부 & 개발경험으로 RPF작성 및 그에 대한 개발용역관리 라는 수준에서는 충분하다 생각되고 차다리 자산쪽 업무 역량을 강화할 수 있고 범용적인 행정분야 대학원으로 진학한다. 2. 과기원 MIP - 주말에 서울 홍농캠퍼스(...)에서 하는 석사 과정으로 지식재산권쪽(원래 변리사 공부를 했었습니다)으로 계속 해서 새로운 영역을 넓혀가고 문술미래전략대학원(이건 그나마 세종시랑 본캠;;)으로 가서 행정쪽 중 일부 분야에 대한 학업으로 나가는 방향 (그러니까 충남대를 가면 generalist가 되는거고 MIP를 가면 Specialist가 된다는 차이...?) 3. UST - 야간대학원으로 아에 전산/정보보호로 나가는 방향 뭐 그 외에도 이것저것 있지만 학비라든지 시간 등 다른 여건들을 고려해봤을 땐 저 3가지가 현실적으로 유력한 후보들이라 생각됩니다. 이 연구원에 30년 가까이 다닐 생각을 하고 도로공사 포기하고 온거고, 앞으로 30년을 본다면 위의 선택지가 각각 어떤 장단점이 있고, 또 어떤 비전이 있을까 고민되는 상황입니다. 여러분들의 고견을 듣고싶으니 어떠한 의견이라도 감사히 듣겠습니다. 미리 감사드립니다.
