안녕하세요 홍차넷 회원님들 이렇게 질문게시판에 글을 올리게된 이유는 내일 저녁 퇴근 후에 면접을 보게 되었습니다. 사실 갑작스럽게 보게 된 면접이라 아직까지 얼떨떨합니다. 현재 중소기업에 취직한 지 이제 두 달이 넘어가는 신입입니다. 열심히 근무 하던 도중 틈틈히 이력서를 넣은 중소기업에서 현재 하고 있는 업무와 같은 업무로 면접제의가 왔습니다. 회사에서 아직 연차를 사용 할 수가 없어 갑작스런 평일 면접이 힘들 것 같다고 말씀드렸는데 개의치 않으시고 퇴근 후에 면접을 보기로 약속 되어 큰 혼란에 빠졌습니다. 가장 걱정 되는 부분이 이제 입사 한지 두달밖에 안됬는데 왜 다시 취직을 준비하냐는 부분입니다. 사실 제가 이직 아닌 신입으로 다시 준비하게된 계기는 현재 근무 중인 회사가 도저히 앞이 안 보인다는 부분, 사원 선배들의 연이은 퇴사, 그리고 현재 담당하는 업무에 대해 혼자 진행하고 결과보고만 있을뿐 같은 팀원들과 전혀 교류가 없어 소외감, 그리고 연봉에 대한 불만이 있어 다시 준비하고 있는데 이러한 부분을 솔직하게 내일 면접때 물어보시면 어떻게 말씀 드려야 하는지 고민에 빠졌습니다. 홍차넷 선배님들의 좋은 의견 부탁드리겠습니다. 감사합니다.
