규모가 큰 회사의 자회사 성격입니다. 저를 좋게 봐준 대표님이 제안을 주셨습니다. 적어도 몇년간은 실적에 대한 쪼임은 없을 것 같습니다. 그러나 제가 한다고 해서 바로 하는 건 아니고 몇가지 테스트는 거칠것 같습니다. 연봉이 많이 줄어들고 스톡옵션을 받는 식이 될것 같습니다. 장점은 인맥 형성과 자아실현이 가능한 점. 몇년간 대표이사가 줄수 있는 경험치 라는 것이 있습니다. 단점은 당장은 낮은 소득과 불확실한 성공 가능성입니다. 사업 아이템이 나빠보이지는 않지만 재가 잘 아는 분야는 아닙니다. 그리고 직장 생활만 해서 갑자기 사장이 된다 하니 겁이 덜컥 나는 것도 사실입니다. 그래서 자신감이 넘쳐흐르기 보다는 쫄리는게 사실입니다. 현 모회사 대표님이 주도적으로 운영을 하시다가 한계가 있어 믿을 만한 사람을 찾던 중에 제가 걸린건데요. 어떻게 하는게 좋을까요?
