사실 큰 고민 없이 이직하는게 맞는거 같긴한데... 그래도 조금 고민이 됩니다ㅠㅠ 저는 올해 31살이고 내년 초에 유부남이 됩니다. 현직장 A 연봉 : 3700(그런데 나누기 12가 아니라 15로 나눠서 3번은 추석, 설, 여름휴가 때 줌) 업무 난이도 : 최 하하하하(6개월 동안 야근 한 번, 주말 출근 한 번 한적이 없음, 근무중에도 널널 함) 안전성 : 대기업 1차 협력회사로 안전성이 크다 생각했었는데, 최근 경기가 좋지 않음. 회사 상황이 점점 나빠지고 이로 인해 핵심 인력(대리~과장~차장 급) 들이 많이 퇴사 하고 있음... 회사가 망해가는 분위기가 남 규모 : 매출 300억대, 직원수 100명 내외(중소기업) 내 직급 : 대리 1년차, 내년에 대리 2년차가 됨. 주변 사람 : 주변에 터치하거나 간섭하는 사람들 없고 사람들도 다들 둥글 둥글해서 사람들 때문에 스트레스 받은 적이 거의 없음 (일 못하는 직원 때문에 스트레스 받은 적은 있음) 위치 : 경기도 외곽으로 현재 집에서 편도 35 Km 거리이며 자차로 출퇴근 시간대에 편도 1시간 조금 넘게 걸림 주변에 아무것도 없음ㅠㅠ, 가까운 편의점도 차로 5분 가야하고, 회식하러 시내쪽으로 차로 20분은 가야 함.(최악) 합격한 직장 B 연봉 : 3500(나누기 12로 나옴), (성과 달성시 연봉의 10%가 상여로 나온다는데 이는 불확실한 급여이므로 신경 안씀) 업무 난이도 : 중~상(회사 생활 5년 동안 이 업종에서 일했지만 이 업무를 한 적은 거의 없어서 난이도가 약간은 있음) 안전성 : 글로벌 기업(외국계)으로 안전성이 크고 왠만해서는 망할 일이 없는 회사 인지도가 매우매우매우 높은 회사로 예전부터 가고 싶었음ㅠㅠ 규모 : 전세계 8만명 정도 직원이 있으나 우리나라는 약 1,000명 정도 직원이 있고, 연 매출은 국내만 따질 때 2천억 대 수준 내 직급 : 사원 4년경력으로 가게되고 내년 2월(19년도)에 진급 대상자가 되어 내년에는 대리가 될 수도 있음(왠만하면 진급한다고 함) 주변 사람 : 전혀 모르지만 그 회사에 일하는 다른 지인 말로는 특별히 모나거나 또라이는 없다고 함. 하지만 내가 겪은게 아니니 가서 겪어봐야 알 듯...ㅠ 위치 : 서울 근교 경기도. 근처에 전철역도 있고 집에서 편도 17 km 거리. 버스로 한번에 갈 수있고 대중교통으로 50분 정도 걸리며, 자차로는 출퇴근시간대 기준 편도 3~40분 정도 걸림 일단 최대한 간단하게 적기 위해 반말체로 적은 점 양해 부탁 드립니다. 현직장 A 의 장점은 조금 많은 연봉과 업무난이도 딱 이 두개입니다. 물론 주변 사람이 신경 안쓰인다는 장점도 있네요. 모든게 B직장이 좋아 보이지만 업무에 대한 불안함과 저에게는 어떨지 모르는 주변 사람들이 불안 요소네요. 물론 왠만하면 옮기려는 생각이긴 한데, 홍차넷 인생 선배님들은 어떻게 보시는지 조언 부탁 드리고 싶습니다. 긴 글 읽어주셔서 감사드립니다!!
