안녕하세요. 31살 남자 입니다. 올해 6월에 결혼한 신혼남이기도 하지요. 최근 직장 관련해서 많은 고민이 있습니다. 길이 좀 길더라도 인생 선배님들 봐주시고 많은 조언 부탁 드립니다. 저는 27살때 부터 직장생활을 시작해서 현재 만으로 4년을 넘기고 5년차 직장인입니다. 공대를 졸업해서 처음에는 개발자로 A 회사에 들어갔다가 2년동안 개발일을 하고, 사업부 이전을 해서(회사 상부 명령) 인증 관련 일을 했습니다. 이 회사는 해당 분야에서 입지도 튼튼하고, 꽤 유명한 회사라 복지(연봉)나 비젼이 좋았는데, 사업부 이전한 곳이 너무 지방이었고, 새로 같이 일하게 된 사람들이랑 성향도 맞지 않아(야근 강요, 회식 강요, 술 강요) A회사에서 만으로 3년을 채우고 다른 직장 B 회사로 이직 했습니다. B 회사는 A 회사의 개발자로 일할 때 선배가 팀장으로 있는 팀에 TO 가 나서 면접 제안을 받아 입사하게 되었고, A 회사보다 훨씬 작은 규모였습니다.(10분의 1도 안 되는 규모) 일은 비슷하지만 묘하게 달랐습니다. 제가 A 회사 첫 사업부에서 개발했던 제품의 인증 관련 일이었는데 다행히 경력을 모두 인정받아 4년차로 가게 되었고, 다음 해(2018년도)에 대리로 진급했습니다. B 회사에서는 사람도 마음에 들고, 일도 상대적으로 편했으며, 복지(연봉)도 괜찮은 편이었으나, 한 3~4개월 매출이 잘 안나오니 본사에서 저희 사업부를 폐지 한다고 하여 졸지에 백수가 되었습니다(만으로 4년을 채운 후였고 그게 올해 3월입니다.) 저는 이미 6월에 결혼 계획을 다 잡아놓은 상태여서 실업급여를 받으며, 4월에 바로 현재 직장 C 회사로 취업을 했습니다. 현재 하는 일은 앞에서 했던 일들과 많이 다르긴 했지만 다행이 경력을 모두 인정 받아 대리로 입사하게 되었고, PM(프로젝트매니저) 업무를 맡아서 제품 개발 진행과 출시, 인증까지 전반적인 업무를 하고 있습니다. 현재 회사 C는 일은 편했지만(워라벨이 좋음) 급여가 B 회사보다 다소 적었고(급하게 직장을 구하다 보니 약간의 손해를 감수하고 선택하게 되었습니다. 그 당시 선택사항 후보들이 마땅히 좋지 않았습니다.) 근무 환경이 마음에 안 들었습니다(경기 외곽, 출퇴근 힘들고 주변 환경이 너무 시골ㅠㅠ) 그래도 신혼 초다보니 워라벨 좋은게 마음에 들어서 참고 다니고 있었는데, 최근 갑자기 회사 사정이 안 좋다면서 직원들 동의도 없이 전 직원 연봉을 20% 나 일방적으로 깎아버렸습니다. 뭐 사정이 좋아지면 그 동안 못 준거 한번에 준다고 하고, 다시 연봉도 정상적으로 올린다고 하는데, 저는 별로 있지도 않은 정이 확 떨어져 버렸습니다. 혼자 사는 삶도 아닌데, 연봉이 20%나 깎인건 너무나도 큰 타격이었고 무조건 이직을 결심했습니다. 그런데 문제는 제가 한 분야의 한 업무만 4년 넘게 한게 아니다 보니 왠만큼 규모가 크고, 안정적인 회사에 지원을 하게되면 제 경력이 무조건 깎이게 되더군요. 그리고 연봉도 최소 B 회사 다닐 때 정도는 받고 싶었는데 그보다 아래 연봉을 제시하는 회사들이 대다수 입니다. 아무래도 잘나가서 이직하는게 아니라, 어쩔수 없는 상황에서 이직하다 보니 제 몸값이 깎이는 것 같습니다. 이를 감수하고도 어떤 선택을 해야할 지 고민입니다. 1. B, C 회사에서 회사의 비젼이나 안전성 때문에 손해를 많이 보았으니 연봉이나 경력이 좀 줄더라도 안정적인 회사에 도전하고 취업한다.(최대한 빠르게) 2. 연봉이 20% 줄었어도 나오긴 나오니 시간적 여유를 가지고 지금보다 좋은 조건을 받을 수 있는 회사를 구할 때 까지 구해서 취업한다. 3. 현재 회사가 상황이 나아질수도 있으니 편한 일과 좋은 워라벨에 익숙해진 이상 여기에서 버틴다. 4. 기타 다른 방안 현재 와이프도 일을 하곤 있지만 급여 수준이 높지 않아 저는 쉬지 않고(중간에 텀이 없이) 일을 해야 하는 상황입니다. 그 밖에 피드백이 필요하면 수시로 하겠습니다. 인생 선배님들 많은 조언 부탁 드립니다. 감사합니다.
