지난달 초경 오른쪽으로 몸을 굽히고 몸을 좀 숙인 상태에서 팔을 쭉 뻗는 동작으로 꽤 배가 당기게 작업을 한 적이 있습니다. 오래는 아니고 집안 멀티탭 박스에 선 하나 정리하느라 그랬으니 5분 정도 했을 것 같습니다. 작업 직후 와 어디 삔 거 아닌가 하는 생각이 들 정도로 별거 아닌 작업인데 부하가 엄청 심하게 걸린 느낌은 있었습니다만.. ㅠㅠ 그 후부터 조금씩 오른쪽 배가 불편한 증상이 있어왔습니다. 엄청 아프거나 24시간 내내 있는 건 아닌데 자세나 심리상태?에 따라 느낌이 달랐습니다. 특정 자세나 동작을 하면 배가 묵직하게 당기거나 앉아 있을 때 종종 오른쪽 뱃살이 약간의 띠를 형성한 듯이 마치 접힌 듯한 느낌이 듭니다. 지금 한 달 조금 넘었는데 증상이 조금씩은 나아지긴 합니다. 하루하루는 약간 더했다 덜했다 하는데 한 달 전과 비교하면 확실히 좀 나아지긴 했습니다. 특정 자세는 일단 택시 뒷좌석 왼쪽에 제가 앉을 때 등받이에 등을 안 붙이고 약간 엉거주춤 앉으면서 오른쪽에 있는 사람이랑 붙어 있을 때.. 이 동작을 하면 항상 갈비뼈 아래 부분부터 배 중앙 부분이 당기는 느낌이 듭니다. 그리고 집에서 소변을 눌 때 앞쪽 벽을 오른손으로 짚고 약간 몸을 숙이면서 눌 때나 세면대에서 손을 씻을 때 몸을 숙일 때 오른쪽 배가 왼쪽과는 다르게 약간 당기는 느낌이 납니다. 이 외에도 자세에 따라서 항상 느낌이 달라집니다. 그래서 내과진료 후에는 뭔가 근육쪽 문제라고 줄곧 생각을 해왔습니다. 이러한 통증들이 정도가 심하거나 막 아프다고 느낄 정도는 아닌데 참 사람을 불편하고 불안하게 만드는 통증이라 신경도 너무 쓰여서 그런지 몰라도 전혀 안 느껴질 때도 있는데 신경을 쓰면 또 느껴집니다 ㅜㅜ 그리고 걸을 때 오른쪽 배가 불편하거나 왼쪽과 감각이 다른 느낌이 들 때 배를 완전히 집어 넣는 힘을 꽉 주면 마치 스트레칭이나 복근 운동했을 때 배가 당기는 것과 유사하게 오른쪽 배가 당길 때도 있습니다. 이 증상은 한 달 전에 비하면 많이 약해지긴 했습니다. 처음에는 내과가서 초음파도 했는데 지방간 외에는 별다를 게 없다고 했고 재활의학과를 가서는 아픈 건 오른쪽인데 왼쪽에서 시작되는 방사통인 것 같다고 하셔서 실제로 오른쪽 배는 눌러서는 전혀 통증이 없는데 왼쪽 배는 특정 부위를 누르면 아파서 주사도 맞고 약도 처방 받았는데 확실하게 낫지가 않네요 ㅜㅜ 그러다 보니 혹시 탈장 증상일 수도 있지 않을까하는 걱정이 들어서 글을 올려봅니다. ㅜㅜ 의사 선생님들도 많이 보시고 저도 만져보고 봐도 어느 부위든 튀어나오거나 그런 곳은 전혀 없습니다.. 만약 탈장인데 내과에서 발견을 못했던 걸까요? 제가 탈장인 거 같다고 말씀을 안 드려도 초음파를 하면 당연히 전부 보실 텐데ㅜㅜ 아니면 무슨 야구선수들 복근이나 옆구리 근육 손상으로 4~6주 재활하는 그런 건지.. 너무 생각보다 낫지가 않아서 걱정이 되네요 ㅠㅠ Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 이 게시판에 등록된 Might님의 최근 게시물
