개인사업자입니다. 정해진 출퇴근이 없다보니, 규칙적인 생활패턴을 유지하기가 대단히 어렵습니다. 그렇다고 강제로 아침에 갈 곳(운동, 학원 등등)을 만들어봤자 결국 안나가게 되더군요. 매번 생활을 규칙적으로 만들려고 시도합니다만, 매번 실패하기 일쑤였습니다. 아인슈타인 옹이 그랬던가요? 실패했던 방식으로 다시 시도하는 건 바보짓이라고. 그래서 이번엔 지금까지와 달리, 스트레스를 낮추고 달성율만을 높이는, 몹시 쉬운 방식으로 도전하기로 하였습니다. 1. 규칙적으로 자야하는 시간을 22시~06시 같은 비현실적인 시간으로 설정해놓지 않고, 통계적으로 제 평소 수면시간과 가장 가까운 02시~10시로 정하기로 했습니다. (성공하면 나중에 옮기죠 뭐.) 2. '자야 할 시간에 자는 것'보다 '깨어있어야 할 시간에 깨어있기'를 목표로 정하기로 했습니다. 약간의 여유를 주는 방식인데, 1과 결합하면 "오전10시~새벽02시까지는 잠자지 않는다"는 목표로 요약할 수 있겠습니다. 방법은 카페인이건 뭐건 사용할 생각입니다. 3. 위의 2번 방법이 실패할 경우에는 "깨어있어야 할 시간"을 좀더 줄일 생각입니다. 이를테면 오전 12시~밤12시에는 깨어있기 같은 식으로요. 달성되면 점차 해당 시간을 늘려나가구요. 반대로 실패하면 더 줄이구요. 대단히 특이한 방식입니다만, 최소한 '지금보다는 나은' 상태로 가는 거라고 생각해서 시도하려 합니다. 조언 부탁드립니다.
