안녕하세요. 부끄럽지만 30대초반 알바를 하며 취업준비를 하고있습니다. 지방에서 상경해서 회사를 다니고 있었으나, 회사가 망하고 백수가 되었는데 생활비가 바닥나서 알바를 하게되었습니다. 잘만 하면 경력으로도 쓸 수있는 회사 사무 알바입니다. 설 전에는 명절 선물도 받았는데 제가 여태 회사에서 정직원일때 받았던 선물들 보다 훨씬 좋은걸 받아서 감동했습니다. 집에서 한시간정도 걸리긴하지만 일주일에 3번만 나가면 되기때문에 쉬는날 취업준비를 할수있다는 이점이 있고요. 부모님이 하도 불안해하셔서 알바 시작했다고 말씀드렸더니 그거라도 해서 다행이라고 열심히해서 정직원으로 채용될수있게 하라고 하시던데,, 저는 사실 솔직히 자신이 없습니다... 지금 다닌지 8일 됬는데 제가 잘 적응을 못하고있는건가 너무 걱정이 됩니다. 작은 사무실이라 총 책임자 분과 항상 가까이에서 일을 하고 있고 화장실도 바로 눈앞에 있고 밖에 나갈수가 없어서 언제나 풀로 긴장한 상태로 일을 해야합니다. 말이 알바생이지 번역, 디자인, 고객관리, 상품 포장 등 하는 일은 정직원이랑 다름없는데 9천원 시급받으면서 일해야하나 약간 억울한 생각도 듭니다ㅠㅠ; 일 분배되는거 자체도 숨통이 조이는 분배입니다. 잠시 긴장을 늦췄다간 못할 분량인데 알바생한테 급한 일은 시키지 않으니까 굳이 하루만에 끝낼려고 하지않아도 된다며 어떤 일은 금방 끝낼수있는건데 왜그리 시간낭비하냐고 하시고...(물론 제가 남들에 비해 늦어서 그러시는거겠지만ㅠ) 어제 경품 포장하는 일을 처음 시작하고 양이 많아서 오늘까지 나눠 하게됬는데 막판에 약간 실수를 한것같아서 영 찜찜합니다... 섞인건지 안섞인건지... 나름 확인한다고 했는데 한두개가 섞인것같아서 알릴까말까하다가 안그래도 오늘 시간 낭비하지말라는 소리를 두번이나 들었고... 만약 잘못됬다면 고객측에서 잘못왔다고 할거고 그때 재배송하면 되고 재고엔 문제없으니까...그렇게 생각하고 그냥 마무리했네요ㅠㅠ 오늘 들은 소리 때문에 시간낭비하고 죄지은거같아서 퇴근시간 10분 넘기고 조금더 일하고있었는데 시간됬으니 퇴근하라고 하시더군요. 그래서 퇴근했는데 카톡으로 또 퇴근은 제시간에 알아서 하라고 보내신거 보고 내가 하는 행동이 얼마나 싫었으면 이렇게 두번이나 말을할까 싶어서 자존감이 확 떨어지더군요... 배려라고하기보다는 뭔가 남이 시키기전에 알아서 행동하라는 뜻 같았어요... 야근을 안하는건 좋은데 시급으로만 일을 시키고 초과수당 주기 싫으니 일 분배를 빽빽하게 시키는것같습니다ㅠㅠ 왠지 뒤에서 제가 마음에 안드는데 그래도 오래 일할수 있다했으니까 조금만 더 지켜보자 이런 소리 나올까봐 너무 신경쓰입니다;;ㅠ 제가 여기에 안맞는걸까요? 언제나 최악의 상황을 생각해놓는게 좋으니 미리 잘릴때를 대비하는게 좋겠죠... ㅠㅠ 여기와서 며칠 안됬지만 그래도 자잘하게 프로그램 툴 다루는 단축키라던가 조금 배운점이 있어서 그런것들은 좋게 생각합니다. 하지만 고용주 측에서 저를 마음에 안들어하면....ㅠㅠ 차라리 집이랑 가까운곳에서 좀더 단순한 일을 하는게 좋을까싶기도하고ㅠㅠ 사실 저도 여지껏 안좋은 회사만 거치다보니 신입때 익혀야 할것들을 제대로 못익혀서 나이만 먹고 서툰 사람이 되버린것같습니다. ㅠㅠ 안정적으로 취직하는게 참 어렵네요...ㅠㅠ 다른분들이 보시기엔 어떤가요....? 알바가 뭐 그렇게 큰 일 한다고 국가기밀 맡은 것도 아니고 회사 흥망이 달린 프로젝트 같은 거 님한테 맡기지 않습니다
