| Subject | 모든 면에서 괜찮은 직장이지만, 비전이 없다고 생각될 때? |

안녕하세오. 사회생활 4년차 신입티를 갓 벗은 20대 후반의 남자사람입니다. 제목 그대로, 현재 저의 직장은 아주 만족하면서 다니고 있습니다. 연봉도 동년배 탑급이고, 업무강도가 센 편이지만 개인적으로 일을 하는 것을 좋아하는 편이라 견딜 만 합니다. 그 외 업무상 특정 부문에서 공통적으로 받는 스트레스가 심하나.. 아직까지는 괜찮은 것 같습니다. 반면 상대적으로, 지금 하는 업무의 비전이 굉장히 없다고 느끼고 직종 자체가 사라질 수도 있지 않을까 생각하며, 구조상 짬이 차면 찰수록 스트레스가 극도로 가중됩니다(안 올라가봐서 모르겠지만 그럴 것 같습니다.) 여기서 아둥바둥대면서 버텨 봤자 길어야 앞으로 10년?이 아닐까 걱정됩니다. 사실 그동안은 별 생각이 없었는데, 올 말 결혼을 앞두고 있다 보니 갑자기 걱정이 됩니다. 저는 성향 자체가 애초에 가늘고 길게 가자.. 이기도 하고 소비성향이 크지 않아서, 공무원 혹은 공기업 준비를 다시 해보는 것이 어떨까 하는 생각이 드는데요. 가정이 생기고 나이가 들면 더 다른 선택을 할 수 없을 것 같아서요. 대신 이직시 연봉은 반 이상 적어질 것 같습니다. 퇴근중 버스 안에서 글을 쓰느라 두서는 없지만, 인생 선배로서 조언을 해 주실 분이 계실까 길게 적어보았습니다. 혹시 비슷한 경험이 있으시다면 더 감사히 듣겠습니다. 명절 잘 보내시구요:) Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 |

삼성은 스마트폰에 비전이 있다 생각하고 옴레기(?)를 만들고 참패한뒤 갤럭시S를 준비합니다.
이때도 글쓴분과 마찬가지로 각 회사에 다니던 수많은 4~5년차 사원~대리 급들이 '아.. 회사 뜻대로 계속가는게 비전이 있을까??'
라고 많은 고민을 하고 이직, 퇴직, 현상유지를 했을 겁니다.
