누가 그래요. 건축은 보람은 있는데 돈은 안되는 그런 업이라고 돌아오는 것은 적어도 품질을 떨어뜨릴 생각만 안하면 풀칠은 한데요. 사실입니까? 그렇다고 시공 쪽으로 가자니 몸도 안좋고 위험하고 자신이 없고 설계 쪽으로 가자니 대우가 밑반찬보다 못한 것 같아요.(조사해본 바로는..) 아예 다른 곳으로 가는게 맞을까요? 덤으로 건축업계 현실도 설명 부탁해요. 안전하면서, 높은 임금은 받고 싶고, 워라밸은 챙기고 싶고, 노후 비전도 있는 직업은 극소수인데 아쉽게도 건축쪽은 그런 업무가 없습니다...
시공을 못하겠다면 건설사 설계나 구매, CM, 상품쪽을 두드려보시는 것도 좋습니다. 아님 금융쪽 공부하셔서 PF쪽도 있구요. 다만 노후 비전은 없습니다.. 그냥 평범한 회사원 되는거죠.
반대로 설계를 하고 싶다면 워라밸, 수입 모두 10여년간은 포기하시는게 좋습니다. 예전보다야 많이 나아졌지만, 여전히 임금수준은 낮거든요. 빅5 같은 대형설계사무소는 그래도 워라밸이나 수입은 많이... 더 보기
