개인신상이 특정될 우려가 발생하면 수정 또는 글삭할 가능성이 있습니다. 미리 진심으로 사죄드립니다. == 지금 계약직인데 3월9일 금요일이면 계약종료에 여기서 재계약을 안해줄거라 백수가 예정되어 있습니다. 90년생 29세입니다. 인수인계 준비하면서 일하고있는데 저녁에 친구한테 전화가 왔습니다. 원래 신입 이렇게 안뽑지만 갑자기 여럿이 그만둬서 전화했다. 혹시 자기 일하는 곳에서 일해볼생각 있느냐 이렇게요. 되도록 빨리일했으면 하더군요 저 일끝나면 바로왔으면 한답니다 12일 월요일에;; 아무리빨라도 12일부터 된다했더니 2월에 계약 끝나는줄 알았는데 왜 이렇게 늦냐더라구요 3월1일이면 바로 가능할줄 알았나봅니다. 거긴 비상걸렸나 봐요. 물론 바로 일할수있으면 좋죠... 서류패스하고 바로 면접이라는데 백수청산 진심 좋습니다. 사실 저는 학벌도 명문대도 아니고 스펙이랄것도 제로에 가까워서 다른데 멀쩡한 기업에서 정규직으로 받아줄곳도 없을겁니다 실제로도 여지껏 그랬구요. 알바전전하느니 빨리 노가다판 들어가서 경력쌓는게 낫지않을까 생각했으니까요. 아버지께선 어차피 너 취업 답없는거 아니까 장사나 해라 내가 도와주겠다 이런말씀 하실정도니... 이런 비루한 꼴임에도 갈등을 하는 이유가 일단 잠시 쉬고싶었습니다;; 사실 계약기간이 막바지로 갈수록 스트레스 쌓이는 상황이 늘기도 했구요. 회복할 여지가 없이 바로 다른데서 일하려니 부담이 있습니다. 그리고 며칠짜리 가족여행을 약속했는데 짤없게 됐습니다. 이번 기회 놓치면 아마 다음기회는 없을것같습니다. 그리고 근무여건이 생각보다 안좋을 겁니다. 이건 추측이지만요. 일단 오늘 아홉시반에서 열시사이에 통화했는데 퇴근 못했다더군요 잠시 사무실에서 나와서 전화건 것 같았습니다. 오늘만 그런거 아닐겁니다 거의매일 그럴거에요... 물론 제가 워라밸씩이나 따질 정도로 좋은형편이 아니긴 하지만 일하고 와서 씻고나면 바로자고 일어나서 출근하고 흐흐... 지금 너무 정시퇴근이라는 비정상적인 환경에 물든것같아서 쉽게 적응될지 걱정되긴 하는데 막상 일하면 하겠지 싶긴합니다. 그리고 급여 말안해주는데 대충압니다. 9급공무원 초봉이랑 비슷할겁니다. 그돈에 공무원이면 기꺼이 하겠지만 그것도아니고 알바를 빡시게 뛰어도 비슷하게 벌것같은데 그래도 소기업이라도 가서 일하는게 나을것같기도 하구요. 물론 찬물더운물 가릴때가 아니겠죠. 1원이라도 주겠다면 개처럼 가서 일해야되는데 잠시라도 쉬고싶다는 한심하고 알량한 마음을 어찌해야될지 모르겠습니다...
