(건강걱정이 꽤 스트레스..) -어지럼증은 어느 정도 빈도로 오느냐?(3주 간은 하루에 3번 잠깐잠깐, 4~5일 간은 걷거나 앉을 때 시도때도 없이. 한 번 생기면 5분정도?) -나이나 예전에 찍은 MRI, CT 검사를 봤을 때 다른 소견은 일단 생각하기 힘들다. -심리적 문제일 가능성이 있다. -어지럼증은 어차피 50%는 밝혀지지 않는다. 나머지 50% 중에서도 반은 일종의 편두통 같은 것으로 생기는 어지럼증이다. -불안이 심하니 가벼운 항우울제와, 편두통 관련 약을 주겠다. 기존 약에 추가해서 먹으면 된다. -(저:항우울제요?) 기록 걱정은 하지 않아도 되는 약이다. 2. 기존 먹는 약 아침 식후 30분 -아스피린 -콜레스테롤 낮추는 약 -비타민 추가로 먹을 약 아침 저녁 식후 30분 -에냐폰정 5mg :항우울, 신경통 -스타브론정:항우울 -인데놀정 10mg: 심박감소, 심박출량 감소 -가스론엔정2mg: 위점막 보호 3. 이렇게 이야기를 한 것만으로 불안이 좀 가시고, 저녁 약을 먹으니 어지럼증이 느껴지긴 하는데 와닿는 강도가 약해진 느낌? 이었습니다. 그런데 어제 저녁 8시쯤에 친구랑 통화하다가 어지럼증이 강하게 왔어요. 누워도 여전했고, 이번에는 저나 세상이 도는 느낌?이었습니다. 덕분에 돌아왔던 멘탈이 다시 나갔는데요. 지금은 한 10시간 자고 일어나니 꽤 괜찮아졌습니다. 일단 처방을 받고 어느 정도 경과를 지켜볼 수 밖에 없다는 걸 이해하고 있습니다 ㅜ_ㅜ 특별한 질문이 있다기보다는 익명으로 쓸 수 있는 곳이 여기라 반 푸념이었습니다; 일단 굳이 궁금한 점을 적자면 (1)어제 저녁 약을 먹고 잠시 뒤 어지럼증은 보란듯이 더 심해졌네요. 그럴 수도 있는가요? 아무튼!!! 언제나 답해주시는 분들 모두 감사합니다!!
