20대 후반의 대학생입니다. 근 1주일 사이 들어서 괴롭네요. 서울시 거주중이고 2차 병원에 하루 입원했었습니다. 평소에는 다음과 같은 '애매한 증상'이 있었습니다. 1.평소에 디스크 의심으로 손발 저림이 조금씩 있었음 2.얼굴(코 옆)이나 어깨 가슴께 등등등이 떨리는 느낌이 있었음 -> 이 때문에 1차병원 신경외과에서 마그네슘과 혈압 낮추는 약을 처방받았음. 3.스트레스를 많이 받으면 목까지 뭔가가 차오르는 느낌? 그러던 와중에 저번 주에 여자사람친구와 이야기를 하던 도중 아주 미묘한 느낌이 있었습니다. 4.혀가 입천장에 조금 더 잘 붙는 느낌? 발음이 신경쓰이고 왠지 잘 안되는 느낌 조금? 대화 상대방은 내 말에 이상이 없다고 함. 5~10분 정도. 1~3번이 없다면 기분 탓이겠거니 했을 것 같습니다. 그런 거 있잖아요? 너무 의식하고 하면 뭐가 평소에 하던건지 구분도 안되는거. 그런데 1~3번 때문에 평소에도 신경쓰이던 부분이라, 2차 병원 신경과를 찾았습니다. 하루 입원하며 MRI와 심전도, CT 촬영을 했네요. 5.MRI 이상소견 없음, 조영제 투여 후 뇌 CT, 심전도도 일단 이상 없음. 혈당 혈압 이상 없음. 다만 혈액에서 무슨 뇌졸중 연관된 수치가 정상치보다 4배 높아 경과를 볼 필요 있음. 그리고 시험기간이어서 금방 퇴원했고, 내일 다시 내원합니다. 비타민들과 아스피린(혈액응고 방지), 뉴스타틴-에이(체내 콜레스테롤 감소), 란스톤 엘에프디티(위산분비 감소)을 처방받아 먹고 있네요. 그런데 며칠간은 괜찮다가 또 며칠 동안은 애매한 증상으로 신경이 쓰입니다. 6.엊그제는 아주 미묘한 매스꺼움? 술 먹고 푹 자고 깨어난 뒤에 느낄법한 미세한 매스꺼움?이 10초 정도 두 어 번. 7.컨디션이 조금 안 좋다가 좋다가 함. 8.제가 하도 신경이 쓰여서 눈에 보이는 것마다 다 읽고 다녔는데, 오늘은 종종 발음이 새는 것 같습니다. 10~15문장 읽으면 조사나 발음이 두어 개 정도? 다시 읽으면 읽게 되구요. 순간 매끄럽게 읽지 못해 멈칫할 때도 있구요. 그런데 이게 원래 이런 건지 전조증상인지.. 지금도 여기까지 쓰고서 제가 쓴 글을 다시 다시 읽었는데 '읽으면' ->'일으... 읽으면', '습니다' -> '스..니다' 정도? 이게 지나치게 염려하고 있는 건지 뭔지 모르겠습니다. 자꾸 내가 방심하는 사이에 경색이 시작되어서 뇌가 천천히 죽어가고 있으면 어떻게 되나 싶구요. 시험기간인데도 유투브와 기사를 보면서 뇌졸중 전조증상을 살펴보고, 셀프진단을 시시때때로 합니다. 거울 보고 웃어도 보고, 혀도 내밀어 보고, 양 팔을 내밀어도 보고, 선 위로 발 앞뒤를 붙이며 천천히 걸어도 보고(살짝살짝 휘청거리며 "혹시 이거?" 하기도 하고).. 지금이라도 입원해서 CT MRI 더 찍고 싶지만 시간과 돈도 돈이고, 정말 '애매'해서 뭘 하지도 못하고 있습니다. 어흑 ㅜ_ㅜ 어떻게 해야 하나요. 1.그래도 가장 합리적인 의사결정이 어느 정도인지(지금 적은 애매한 수준으로도 일단 응급실로 간다 vs. 지켜본다?)
2.그냥 신경이 쓰여서 말이 꼬일 때와 실제 뇌에 damage가 있었을 때 일시적 언어장애가 나왔을 때 어떻게 다른지(감각 차이, 증상 차이, 지속시간 차이 등등)
이런 부분들이 궁금하네요.
