안녕하세요! 건강 걱정과 상담으로 자주 글 올리는 20대 청년입니다! 최근에는 어지러움으로 순환기내과를 들렸고 24시간 심전도와 혈압을 쟀습니다. 그런데 정작 심전도와 혈압을 잴 때는 상태가 보통이었는데 그걸 떼고 나니까 뭔가 더 많이 심해지네요 ㅎㅎㅎ 이전이 10점 만점에 1~2정도 증세가 하루 3번 있었다면, 어제오늘은 1~2정도 증세가 연거푸, 담배를 피니 도리어 4~5정도 어지럼증도 오네요. 그런데 이럴 때마다 검사 비용도 부담되고, 괜히 건강한데 계속 재면서 나중에 보험도 못들고 하면 곤란하니까. 정말 명백한 중추신경 이상(균형장애, 언어마비, 측면마비 등)이 아니면 병원을 자주가는 행동 등을 좀 자제를 하려고 합니다. 대신에 좀 긴장과 스트레스를 벗어나며 쉬려고 하는데요. 1.개인의 입장에서 [심리적인 문제와 실제 건강문제를 구분]하는 적절한 행동 지침같은 게 있을까요? -한쪽 극단은 무슨 의심이 들면 MRI이 CT니 다 찍어보는 거고 -또다른 극단은 무슨 일이 있어도 신경쓰지 않고 사람 좀 만나고 즐거운 일을 이어가는 것일 텐데요. -어떤 상황이면(위에서 제가 예를 든 중추신경 이상 증세) 꼭 검사를 해보고, 다른 상황이면(비교적 다른 문제 없는 20대 후반, 당장 기능적 문제 없으니까 좀 쉬어보고) 이런 기준이 있을까요? 2.또한 [행동수준]에 따른 지침이 있을까요? -병원을 가기로 결심했어도 여러 수준이 있을텐데요. -한 극단에는 시간이 빌 때동네 병원 들르는 것이고 -또다른 극단은 당장 응급실로 가서 MRI와 CT를 찍는 것일텐데요. -최적의 진료를 받기 위한, 그러면서도 경제적인 부분을 생각하는 지침이 있을지 모르겠습니다. 3.또한 심리적인 긴장을 덜기 위한 최선의 방책은 뭘까요? 며칠 날 잡고 푹 쉬기? 사람들과 어울리며 일상생활 보내기? 항상 답변해주시는 모든 분들께 감사드립니다; 개인 신변을 인터넷에 올리는 걸 좋아하지 않아서, 이 글은 차후 익명으로 전환할 것 같습니다. 그래도 글이라도 남아서 비슷한 마음고생 몸고생 하는 분들이 보고 도움이 되었으면 합니다.
