안녕하세요. 질문 게시판에 주기적으로 건강문제를 호소하는;; 20대 청년입니다. 그동안 호소했던 자잘한 다른 문제는 심하지도 않았고, 심리적인 부분이 많았던 것 같습니다. 일부러 신경을 안쓰고, 사람도 만나고 하니까 더이상 걱정이 되지 않네요. 그런데 어지러움 만큼은 단순한 기분 탓이 아닌 것 같습니다. 1.어지러움 -적어도 하루에 한 번은 약하게 어지럽습니다. -책상에 앉을 때 특히 자주 나타납니다. -마치 빈혈이 일어났을 때 처럼? -때로는 어지러움과 함께 아주 미세한 멀미기도 느낍니다. -다만 그 때 마다 발잇기 보행(http://ferstx.tistory.com/983)을 해보는데 균형감각에는 크게 이상이 없습니다. -세상이 빙빙 도는 종류의 어지러움도 아닙니다. 2.어지러움에 따르는 무기력함 -어지러움이 느껴지면 힘이 빠집니다. 심리탓인지 모르겠어요. -힘이 빠질 때면 누워서 쉬고 싶다는 생각이 듭니다. -동시에 당이 땡깁니다. 밥이나 간식거리를 평소보다 넉넉히 먹는 것 같은데도요. -1번(어지러움) 2번(무기력함)이 조금씩 더 심해지는 것 같습니다. 어떤때는 또 괜찮구요. 하루에 내려갔다 또 올라갔다하니까 힘드네요. 3.갑작스러운 저혈압 -오늘 병원에서 혈압을 재니 최고혈압이 96, 최저혈압이 58정도로 나왔습니다. 저혈압에 걸쳐있네요. -지난 주 화요일(4/24) 내원했을 떄는 정상 혈압이었습니다. 그 전에도 마그네슘 처방 때문에 신경외과를 다니며 매 주 혈압을 쟀는데 정상이었구요. -의사의 권유로 순환기내과과 예약을 잡았습니다. 4.위산억제제 없이 아스피린 -제가 아스피린을 처방 받으면서 위산 억제제도 처방 받았습니다. -그런데 저는 모든 약이 한 번에 포장된 줄 알았는데 위산억제제는 따로 포장되어 있었더라구요. -결국 위산억제제 없이 일주일을 생아스피린만 먹음 셈이 되었습니다; -그 뒤로는 위산억제제를 먹고 아스피린을 먹고 있구요. 5.타임라인 정리 -4월 24일(화):혈액검사 결과 호모시스테인 수치 높게 나옴. 아스피린, 콜레스테롤 낮추는 약, 비타민 등 복용 시작. -4월 21일(토):미세한 어지러움과 무기력함을 느낌. 그 뒤로 매일 어지럽고 힘이 빠짐. -4월 24일(화):신경과 외래. 위산약을 빠트렸다는 사실 발견; 이후로 아침 식전 위산억제제, 식후 아스피린 및 비타인 복용. -5월 3일(목):신경과 방문. -5월 7일(월):순환기내과 외래 예정 6.핵심질문 (1)갑작스러운 저혈압이 이런 어지러움 증을 설명할 수 있나요? 많이 문제가 있을 수도 있는지 모르겠습니다. (2)이런 갑작스러운 저혈압이 많이 위험한 신호일 수도 있나요? 수업을 빠져서라도 빨리 순환기내과 검진을 받아야 하나 싶네요.
