 또 먹는 게시물입니다. 또 면입니다. 제가 워낙 면을 좋아합니다... 과장 약간 보태 라멘, 냉면, 파스타를 돌아가며 매일 하루에 한 끼는 먹을 정도예요(보통 하루 두 끼 먹습니다...). 일요일 점심은 거의 반드시 라면을 끓여 먹고요. 제 생활 반경이 거의 홍대권을 중심으로 하는데 이쪽에 괜찮은 라멘집이 좀 있죠. 최근 강호로 떠오른 상수-합정 중간의 오레노 라멘도 훌륭하고 상수의 라멘트럭은 티비 나온 탓에 줄을 너무 많이 서지만 그래도 괜찮은 한 그릇을 먹을 수 있는 가게입니다. 망원의 베라보도 물론 좋습니다. 제가 돈코츠는 좋아하지 않아서 그 계열 유명한 가게들은 잘 안 가니 패스하고... 결국 여기저기 다녀도 돌아오게 되는 곳이 여기 무타히로입니다. 처음에는 어디서 안 좋은 평(맛보다는 서비스에 관한)을 보고 궁금한 마음에 갔던 가게인데, 먹어 보고 너무 맛있어서 깜짝 놀랐던 그런 가게죠. 특히 여기 '진한 스프 라멘', 전문 용어로는 '토리파이탄 라멘'은 진정 맛깡패입니다. 이름처럼(닭 백탕) 닭육수를 찌이이인하게 졸여 내린 스프에 노르스름한 중화면풍의 도톰한 면, 다양한 고명(기본보다는 고명이 골고루 얹어진 특제를 추천)이 든든한 한 그릇을 완성합니다. 닭 중심 스프를 쓰다 보니 시오 라멘을 주문하면 뭔가 좀 진한 백숙에 면 말아 먹는 느낌마저 나는데요, 그래서 저는 쇼유 아니면 진한 스프(토리파이탄)만 먹습니다. 오늘처럼 무더운 날에는 찐득한 느낌 남는 게 싫으니 특제 쇼유에 호로요이 레몬을 반주로 곁들이는 게 제격일 것 같더라고요. 양적으로도 제게는 특제 기준 한 그릇이 정확히 만족감을 주는 정도인데, 성인 남성 평균에서는 양이 약간 부족하다는 반응도 나옵니다. 그런 분들을 위해 사이드로 부타동 같은 것도 추가 가능한 것 같아요. 저는 추가해 보지 않아서 모르겠습니다만... 사진은 그래서 쇼유 특입니다. ^_^ Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 4 |
