작년 중순 어머니께서 근무하시는 스포츠 센터에서 다른 파트타이머 강사가 해고당했습니다. 당시 해고 절차가 구렸는지 그 당사자는 센터를 노동청에 신고했고. 담당자가 어머니께 전화걸어 센터 사정을 물었던 모양입니다. 어머니는 그 일은 전혀 기억을 못하시고 있었고. 최근 해당 건으로 스포츠센터 측의 증인으로 서 "전화 받은적도 없고 기억도 안난다." 라고 증언 했습니다. 그리고 잠잠해지나 싶었는데 그저께 상대측 검사에게 위증죄로 형사고발됐습니다. 전화 통화를 했던 기록이 있다고 합니다. 분명 어머니가 경찰력과 법에 막연한 두려움을 갖고 계시고. 그래서 위증을 정말 했으리라 생각치 않습니다. 오히려 평소에도 과장되게 말을 하고 말씀에도 조리없고. 수가 얕은 분이라 꿍꿍이가 있으면 제가 바로 막았을 겁니다. 그런 순진한 어머니께 그 소식을 듣고 소송에 이렇게 엮여 버리는게 너무 어이없었고. 저는 자격증 따겠다고 공부중인데.. 어떻게 해야할지도 갑갑해서 이렇게 글을 좀 써봅니다.. 현재 상황은 위와 같고. 어머니께서는 현재 2년째 공황장애로 향정신성 약물 복용중이십니다. 그 약 성분에는 기억장애를 일으킬만한 성분이 함유 된 것 까지는 확인이 됐습니다. 분명 검사가 증언과 기록이 일치하지 않는점을 문제삼고 따져들것인데. 변호사의 도움을 받더라도 제가 이 상황이 어떻게 돌아가고 논리적으로 법정에서 증언할 것인지 파악해야할 것 같습니다. 작게나마 조언을 해주실 수 있는지 여쭙고 싶습니다.. 추가로. 검사가 원심결과 맘에 안들어서 만만한 사람 건드는것 같다는 생각이 드는데 너무 화가 납니다. 만약 변호사 선임하고 수임료 지불하고 무죄 판결 나면. 보상 받을 수 있는 방법이 있는지고 여쭙고 싶습니다. 우리 어머니 자식 아버지 뒷바라지 하느라 세상돌아가는것 모르시고 열심히만 살았는데 이런식으로 안좋은일 걸리니 너무 무력하네요..ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 주저리 읽어주셔서 감사합니다..
