운전하고 다니시는 분들은 공감하실 수 있는데, 승차감을 방해하는 주요 요인은 역시 울퉁불퉁한 도로 노면 상태잖아요? 그 중에서도 특히 맨홀 뚜껑 부분 주변은 높이가 주변과 조금 달라서 그 위를 바퀴가 지날때마다 덜컹~ 합니다. 이걸 신경쓰지 않아서 높이를 제대로 못맞추는건지, 애초에 높이를 제대로 맞추기 어려운건지 모르겠습니다. 조금만 더 생각을 해보면, 차선 중간으로 맨홀이 위치하도록 애초에 설계만 잘 해도 그 부분 위로 바퀴가 지날 일이 많이 없어질테고 승차감 개선에도 훨씬 도움이 될 것 같은데 말이죠. 새로 포장하는 도로를 가도 매끄러운 척 하다가 맨홀 부근에서 덜컹 할때마다 기분이 팍 상합니다. 질문을 정리하면, 1. 맨홀 뚜껑과 주변의 높이를 고려해서 잘 만들기 어렵나? 2. 맨홀 뚜껑의 위치를 차선 중앙으로 고려해서 설계를 못하나? 3. 다른나라 도로는 이런 문제가 없나?
