안녕하세요. 글이 굉장히 두서 없고 의식의 흐름대로 썼기에 무슨 어린애가 썼나 싶을 수도 있어요. 양해 부탁드려요. 인터넷에서 각종 우울증 검사하면 늘 점수가 높게 나왔고, 연말에 지역정신건강센터에서 테스트 해봤을때 대체적으로 특성불안척도 66점, 벡 우울척도 28점, 불면증 심각도 26점으로 점수가 다 높게 나오더라구요. 그 때 담당해주셨던 분이 유일하게 그나마 없는게 자살 욕구라 다행이라고 꼭 근처에 병원 가보라고 하시던게 지금에서야 병원에 가게 됐어요. 그 전까지는 갈 의지조차 없었어요. 건강을 위해 시작한 운동도 시작한지 한달 가까이 됐고 이제 겨우 용기가 나서 병원에 갔어요. MMPI2 검사도 받았는데 그 검사 결과 보기도 전에 선생님이 약 먹어보자, 세르토닌 분비 시스템이 고장나면 강제로라도 분비 시켜야된다고 하시더라구요. 그래서 검사 하고.. 낮밤 수면제 포함한 다섯알을 보니 너무 무섭더라구요. 그래서 수면제는 빼고 네알만 먹었어요. 주변이나 인터넷 등을 보면 약을 드시기 시작한 분들 중에 단약한 케이스를 유튜브 몇 명 빼고는 거의 보질 못 했어요. 다들 몇년 째 먹고 있다, 먹고 있을 때는 증상이 나으나, 줄이거나 단약하면 다시 원상복귀 된다라고 하는 글이 너무 많더라구요. 단약도 의사와 잘 협의해서 끊어야 할 때 끊어야 한다는거 알고 있어요. 그런데 그래도 다시 재발할 확률을 보게 됐는데 너무 높더라구요. 특히 오래된 우울증일수록 더더욱요. 저도 혹시라도 그렇게 될까봐 무섭구요. 우울증이 마음의 감기이고 질병일 뿐이지만 약을 오랫동안 복용한다는건 그만큼 압박감과 더 심한 강박이 생기기도 하고 사람들 앞에서 약 먹을 때는 어떻게 말해야할지도 두렵구요. 제가 사업 하고 있는데 무기력증이 너무 심해지고 CS로 인해 사람이 무서워져서 일을 계속 미루게 되서 매출감소까지 직격타로 맞은 상태라 나아져야 한다는건 알겠는데 왜 이렇게 약이 두려운지 저도 모르겠어요. 약을 먹었을 때의 나나 약을 먹지 않았을 때의 나와의 괴리감은 어떻게 견뎌야할까요? 불면증도 있는데 예전에 수면 검사 했을 때 불면증 중간단계로 나와서 수면제도 사실 먹어야하는데 수면제만큼은 피하고 싶어서 약 빼달라 할건데 괜찮겠죠? 약 먹고 자는 시간이 그래도 빨라지긴 했거든요. 자고 싶은 피로감도 들고... 우울을 느낀건 어릴때 부터였던거 같아요. 중학교 때 수업하면서 교과서를 보고 있는데 뜬금 없이 선생님이 절 부르더니 'ㅇㅇ아, 넌 얼굴이 왜 그렇게 그림자가 져있어?'라고 물어보더라구요. 그 말이 되게 콕 박혔는데 그 때는 크게 신경 쓰지 않았어요. 그냥 다른 사람들도 자기만의 그림자가 있는거 아닌가 싶었거든요. 근데 그 그림자가 사라지지 않고 십 수년이 지난 지금까지 저를 옭아메고 영향력을 끼치네요. 과거에서도 잘 못 빠져 나오구요. 약으로 이런것들에 대해 효과는 점점 보겠지만 이 약을 10년 20년 먹으라면 먹지 못 할 거 같아요. 그래도 먹어야 하나요? 제 여자친구가 지금 우울증으로 입원해있는데 2번째 입원이에요. 같이 노력한건 4년이고 그 전까지 합치면 얼마인진 모르겠네요.
다행인건 갈수록 주변사람들이 볼 때는 조금씩 나아져가고 있단거에요. 첫 입원은 삶의 끝자락에서 갔는데, 이번 입원은 본인이 선택해서 들어갔거든요. 사소할 수 있지만 이런 차이는 조금씩 만들어져 갈것이고 본인이 원하는 방향으로 나아갈 수 있으리라 생각합니다.
