정신과 예약을 잡아놨는데 홈페이지 보니 초진은 40분, 재진은 20분 이렇게 진료하시는것 같습니다. 진료시간이 긴걸 보면 의사분이 약만 처방하시는것 같지는 않습니다. 어떤 이야기를 어디까지 준비해서 가면 될지, 경험하신 분들의 의견이 궁금합니다. 저의 경우는 내면의 고통이 심해서 심리상담을 2명의 상담사분에게 1.5년 + 1년 해서 총 2.5년 정도 받았습니다. 그 과정에서 임상심리사분에게 만성적인 우울증으로 진단 받았었습니다. (MMPI 결과보고서는 안 주셨어요. TCI 검사결과는 받은게 있습니다.) 긴 기간의 상담을 통해서 문제의 원인이 뭔지 알게 됐고, 어떻게 개선을 해야 할지도 이해하게 돼서 일상생활에서 노력하고 있습니다. 다만 심리상담을 받는다고 해서 모든게 해결되는건 당연히 아닌지라 때때로 기분이 급 하강하고, 의욕상실이 되고 (수면, 식사 불량), 끝에 가서는 나쁜 생각이 들곤 합니다. 이런 증상이 반복되는게 너무 힘들어서 병원에 가려고 하는건데, 심리상담 받았을때처럼 가족사 같은걸 다 이야기를 해야 하나요? 의사분들도 저런 백그라운드를 중요시 하시는지, 아니면 증상 자체에만 초점을 맞추시는지 궁금합니다. 개인사가 많이 드러나는것 같아서 익명으로 질문글을 올리는 점을 양해 부탁드립니다. 배경을 중시하는지 증상에 초점을 맞추는지 의사마다 다른 것 같아요 그런데 배경 들어주는 것 자체가 치료라는 취지로 어느정도는 생각하시는것 같습니다. 의사마다 어떤 이야기를 주로 하는지도 다르고요. 코멘트를 많이 하시는 분도 있고 듣기만 하는 분도 있고요. 초진이 상담이 아니고 검사 위주로 40분일수도 있습니다.
