다만 포스트에서 보여주는 '적당한 휴식이 생산성 향상의 기초'라는 해법을 적용할 수 있는 기업과, 사람을 갈아버리고 교체해서 쓰는 것이 더 '효율적인' 기업은 차이가 있을 듯해요. 자본 집약적 산업이냐, 노동 집약적 산업이냐에 따라 다르겠지요. 전자 후자 모두를 고려한 접근이 필요하겠어요.
일본의 현재는 한국의 10년 후 모습이라는 말도 있는데, 앞으로도 관심을 가지고 일본 상황을 지켜봐야겠네요.
