 아구지리(맑은 탕)를 메인으로 사장님 내외 두 분이 운영하는 음식집입니다. 아구지리 이 집의 아귀지리는 생물 아귀란 재료의 맛을 잘 살린 맑은 탕(지리)입니다. 아구지리는 기본적인 재료들로 깔끔한 맛을 냅니다. 가장 밑부터 콩나물, 고추 두어 개, 미더덕 한 줌 그리고 아귀가 세심하지는 않지만, 그럭저럭 차곡차곡 살과 내장 순서로 쌓이고 국물이 끓으면 미나리를 한줌 올립니다. 반찬은 6가지 정도가 나오는데, 낼 필요가 없다는 생각이 드는 반찬들이 있습니다. 김치1, 나물2 정도로만 줄여도 충분할 것 같습니다. 사장님이 아구지리를 상에 내오면 간과 이리가 제 두 눈을 사로잡아 버립니다. 제가 꼽는 이 집의 가장 큰 장점이 바로 내장을 적절한 시점에 맛볼 수 있다는 점인데, 사장님 내외분들이 좌식 공간을 누비며 아귀 뼈를 집게와 가위를 이용해 자르고 바르며 먹기 좋은 시점을 알려주십니다. 아귀 간의 농후한 맛과 이리의 질감은 행복의 맛입니다. 아귀 살도 맛있고 끊으며 여러 재료의 맛이 어우러진 국물은 숟가락을 계속 움직이게 합니다. 참고로 미나리와 육수는 추가해달라고 요청하면 더 제공됩니다. 그럼 이제 한국인의 후식 코스인 볶음밥도 시켜야죠. 이 집 볶음밥 좋아하고 추천합니다. 그 이유는 간단합니다. 밥이 압력솥 밥이거든요. 너무나 당연한 거지만 퍼진 밥으로 볶음밥 하면 맛있기가 힘들죠. 밥을 다 먹고 나면 사장님이 마지막으로 좋은 거 이것저것(???) 들어간 건강한 맛의 음료를 주십니다. 입가심하기에 적당합니다. 이 집은 맛이란 부분에서 장점이 두드러집니다. 하지만 단점이 만만찮게 존재합니다. 1. 단 2명이 40석 정도의 음식 준비, 서빙, 계산 등 모든 일을 하니 일손이 부족한 것이 느껴집니다. 적어도 한 명 정도의 인원이 더 필요해 보입니다. 2. 전원 입석의 좁은 실내공간과 사람 사이를 사장님이 이동한다는 점. 3. 월곡역 2번 출구 바로 옆이라 대중교통 접근성은 좋으나 주차공간이 없다는 점. 가격 - 아구지리 소 3.3 중 4.3 대 5.0 특대 6.0 아구탕, 해물찜 등 다른 요리도 있지만 여기선 모두가 아구지리를 먹기 때문에 언급하지 않았습니다. 자리, 재료로 인해 예약 후 방문을 추천드립니다. 휴무일 - 2, 4번째 일요일 https://store.naver.com/restaurants/detail?id=13415343 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 2 |
