일하기 싫은 관계로 월도 월도 신나는 월도 저번주에 오프모임을 올렸던 커피 인쇄소를 소개 해봅니다. 커피미업의 대표님이신 김동완 대표님이 운영하시는 쇼룸형태의 카페입니다.  ▲김동완 대표님 소개 CoE 심사위원으로 활동하셔서 인지 여러 좋은 CoE 원두들을 저렴한 가격에 즐길 수 있는 카페입니다. 이 카페의 특징1 특이한점은 상시 카페를 여시는게 아니라 한정된 시간에만 카페를 여신다는 점 보통 화수는 수업 덕분에 안 여시곤 했고 점심에 12~1시 수/금요일에는 저녁 영업 6~8시 가량정도만 운영하셨습니다. 그래서 그냥 가시면 안되구 공지를 보시고 가셔야합니다. https://www.instagram.com/coffee_print_shop/ 인스타 계정에서요. 카페 위치는 다음주소와 같습니다. https://store.naver.com/restaurants/detail?id=37870852 을지로 3가역에서 골목으로 들어오면 5분거리입니다.  골목을 따라 들어오시면 이런문을 발견할 수 있습니다. 여기가 카페입니다. 네 그렇습니다 간판이 없습니다…ㅋㅋㅋ 간판은 들어오셔서 2층으로 올라오시면  요렇게 조그맣게 발견할 수 있습니다. 그냥 모르면 찾아오기 거의 불가능한 곳이란 소립니당.. 이 카페의 특징2  아이스는 팔지 않습니다. 얼죽아 회원님들도 오늘은 따뜻한 걸 드셔야합니다. 테이크 아웃도 없습니다. 테이크아웃을 하면 종이컵으로 인함, 얼음도 맛이 달라짐으로 인해서 따뜻한 거만 파시는걸로 지금은 뭐 겨울이니까 그렇다치지만 여름엔 좀 힘들수도 있겠네요. 무튼 카페안으로 들어오시면 요런 바와  보름달  앤틱한 분위기의 카페를 보실 수 있습니다.  이 카페의 특징3 메뉴판이 없습니다. 카페에 들어가시자마자 사장님은 물으십니다. 어떤 커피를 드시러 오셨나요? 애초에 인스타를 보지 않으면 모르는 카페이고 인스타 공지를 손님들이 보고 온 카페이다보니,  그날 공지에 이렇게 그날 파는 원두 리스트들이 있고 그 중에 뭘 마실지 정도는 조금은 골라보고 오게되는데서 오는 특이점입니다. 카페에 오시면 인스타에 있는 공지글을 보시고 주문하시면됩니다. 주문을 하고나면 요런 예쁜잔에 커피가 나옵니다.   예쁜 커피잔을 좋아하시는 손님들에게는 또 다른 어필 포인트.  사장님이 직접 커피를 들고 오셔서 원두의 특성 그리고 맛 노트 등을 소개해주십니다. 제가 그날 마셨던건 파나마 엘벨로 게이샤 : 강한 카카오 닙스향과 망고향의 산미 같이 오신 분들이 마신건 에콰도르 옥션1위 내추럴 : 밸런스 괜찮은 중미 커피였고 콜롬비아 엘파라이소 더블 무산소 : 딸기요거트 느낌의 산미가 느껴지는 밸런스 단맛 이날 재밋었던건 그 전주에 KBRC 한국브루어스 컵 대회가 있었고, 거기에 대표님이 코치로 참여하신지라 커피미업의 바리스타분께서 대회에 들고나갔던 원두, 그리고 다른 대회 출전자들이 들고온 원두를 파셨던 점입니다. 대회에 구경가진 못했고, 각 대회 준비자들이 직접 특성에 맞추어 내린 커피는 아니지만 그래도 비슷한 커피를 맛볼 수 있던 점이라 더 재미있었습니다. 어제 또 마신건 코스타리카 CoE#2 돈안토니오 게이샤 : 플로럴, 재스민, 라벤더, 황설탕 느낌의 풍부한 flavor 코스타리카 라스하라스 블랙펀치 유산소 : 춘장느낌의 강한 카카오닙스 향 카라멜 단맛 요것도 특이하니 재밋었어요. 아쉽게도 이번주 금요일 내일까지 영업을 하신 후에 3월까지 여행을 가실 계획이시라 작년 7~8월부터 하신 이 커피인쇄소의 시즌1(사장님지칭)은 마무리될 예정입니다. 뭐 다시 하실때까지 기다리면 되겠지요. 그때 방문해서 맛난 커피를 즐겨보시길 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 2 이 게시판에 등록된 무더니님의 최근 게시물 |
