연말 연시를 맞아 이름난 중화요리점을 이곳저곳 다니고 있습니다. 여긴 서울 동북권에 있는 점포네요. 이 점포의 핵심적인 특징이라면 영업시간입니다. 오후 4시에 개점해서 새벽6시에 폐점해요. 한 마디로 인근 주민들이 밤에 술 마시러 갈 만하게 근근이 운영하는 '동네 중국집'이란 거죠. 미식이니 파인다이닝이니 하는 그런 것과는 거리가 멀지만, 수십 년 동안 한 장소에 오래도록 자리잡고 머무르면서 생긴 짬밥의 힘으루다가 토속적이면서도 개성 있는 잔뼈 굵은 메뉴들을 선보일 수 있는 그런 유형의 가게 말입니다. 이런 곳들은 농담으로도 일류 레스토랑이라고는 말 못하지만 배달 장사나 하는 양산형 중국집들과는 다른 맛이 있는 토백이스러운 맛이 있지요. 사실 IMF 전만 해도 이런 곳들이 곳곳마다 있었죠. 금융위기 터지고 저가형 탕수육 전문점들 난립하고 하면서 다들 도태되었을 뿐.. 그때 한창 육영탕수육인지 정수장학회인지도 반짝 인기 있었던 거 같기도 하고. 여튼 이 점포는 그런 시기를 이겨내고 살아남은 그런 사례인 것 같더군요. 주인장 어르신도 나이 꽤 지긋해보이는 게 70 전후 될 거 같고. 대충 이 정도 크기의 작은 중식집입니다.  가격대는 이렇습니다. 저렴한 편인데 양도 많죠.  이번에 처음 간 거고 요리도 4개 밖에 안 먹어봐서 총체적인 설명은 어렵습니다만, 먹어본 것만 한정해서 이야기를 해보죠. 제가 주문한 건 삼선간짜장, 난자완스, 잡채밥이었고 서비스로 군만두가 나왔습니다. 군만두는 그냥 시판되는 완제품 받아온 것 같아서 큰 의미는 없다 싶고요. 삼선간짜장이 좀 특이하다 싶었습니다. 아래 보시다시피 소스를 따로 주지 않고 아예 쟁반짜장처럼 볶아낸 이후에 주더라고요. 해산물 재료도 실하고 양도 많고 면도 차지고 해서 만족스러웠습니다. 삼선간짜장이 아닌 간짜장도 저렇게 볶아서 내는 것 같던데 술안주로는 그만이다 싶더군요.  잡채밥은 볶음짬뽕처럼 잡채를 볶은 다음 따로 볶은 듯한 밥에 올려 덮밥을 만든 건데, 가격에 비해 손이 꽤 가지 않을까 싶더군요. 당면이 아주 탄력 있어서 놀랐습니다. 전반적으로 '볶음면' 요리에 능한 집인 거 같더라고요. 면이 볶음면이 아니라 조림면이나 찌개면이 되어 퍼지지 않게 불질 화끈하게 잘하는 모양이다 싶었습니다.  난자완스는 호평한 포스팅을 웹에서 봐서 주문해 본 건데 괜찮았습니다. 육기와 근섬유에서 느껴지는 특유의 씹는 질감도 있고, 채소들 상태도 괜찮고.. 파트너 한 명하고 같이 갔는데 평소 식사량이 적기도 하고 여기가 원체 양이 많아서 위 메뉴들에 고량주 좀 곁들여 먹으니 벌써 배부르더라고요. 그러고도 2차 가서 꾸역꾸역 먹느라 고생..  정리하자면.. 굳이 연고도 없는 사람들이 원거리에서 원정 올 것까지야 있겠나 싶기는 합니다만, 7호선-6호선 라인 사시는 분들이나 근처에 거주하시는 분들은 밤에 술 걸치며 안주 삼아 청요리 먹기 적절한 그런 가게다 싶었습니다. 새벽 6시까지 영업하니까 2/3차 장소로 찾아가서 날밤 새고 첫 차 타기도 적당하고요. http://blog.naver.com/PostView.nhn?blogId=symin67&logNo=221383379904&redirect=Dlog&widgetTypeCall=true&directAccess=false 점포 내부 규모나 테이블과 식기 상태 같은 자잘한 세부 환경은 이 블로그에서 사진으로 잘 찍어서 참고가 될 것 같아 링크합니다.  약도 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 |
