  서교동에 위치한 프렌치 레스토랑 쉐시몽입니다. 맛집 게시판에 첫 글을 쓴다면 꼭 이 가게로 써야지 하고 생각하던 가게예요. 제가 한 7~8년 전에 아르바이트를 했던 가게거든요. 일 년 정도 아르바이트를 했는데, 아르바이트가 보기에도 기본에 충실한 참 좋은 가게라 홍차넷에 한번 꼭 소개를 해 보고 싶었어요. 예전에는 단품이 있었는데, 지금은 코스 요리만 하는 것 같아요. 런치는 1인당 4만원, 디너는 1인당 7만원으로 코스 요리를 대접하는 프렌치 레스토랑 치고 크게 비싼 가격은 아니에요. 다만 이곳은 테이블이 다섯 개 밖에 없어서 가기 전에 예약을 하고 가셔야 해요. 메뉴는 그때그때 바뀌니, 전화해서 확인하는 편이 좋을 거에요. 사진은 아뮈즈 부쉬와 앙트레인데요. 적당하게 구워진 관자의 식감도 좋았고, 수란과 베이컨은 뭐 굳이 말씀을 안 드려도 얼마나 맛있었는지 알겠지요? 사진은 없지만 저는 이곳의 오리 꽁피도 아주 좋아했는데요. 바삭한 오리고기와 사과를 오래오래 졸여서 만든 소스가 달착지근하면서도 새콤했어요. 아, 말하다 보니 또 먹고싶네요. 안 그래도 배고픈 시간인데. 음식과 상관없는 이야기도 조금 하자면, 제가 이곳에 대해 좋은 기억을 갖고 있는 건 사장님과 사장님 동생 두 분 덕분인데요. 아르바이트 하는 동안 어찌나 잘 얻어먹고 다녔는지 솔직히 제 아르바이트 비보다 식대가 더 많이 나왔을 거라고 생각해요. 아르바이트 끝나고 먹었던 음식이 삼겹살, 회, 아구찜…. 막 이랬으니. 전 먹는 재미로 더 열심히 다녔던 것 같아요. 하지만 그런게 여기를 추천하는 이유가 되지는 않겠죠. 진짜 추천하는 이유는 따로 있어요. 테이블에 계신 손님들이 모두 떠나고 나면, 사장님 동생분이 부엌을 치우기 시작해요. 홀 청소랑 화장실 청소는 제가 했지만 부엌 청소는 절대로 저에게 시키지 않았어요. 물을 뿌리고, 바닥을 깨끗하게 닦고, 저는 곁에서 설거지 정도만 거들고요, 부엌이 영업 전처럼 아주 깨끗해지면 그 날 일이 끝나는 거예요. 어떤 마음으로 음식을 준비하는지 지켜보고나니까 아, 이곳이라면 안심하고 소중한 사람들에게 추천해도 되겠구나 라는 생각이 들더라고요. 소중한 사람에게 맛있는 음식을 대접하고 싶거나, 자기 자신에게 정성들여 만든 음식을 선물하고 싶다면, 한번쯤 들러보세요. 제가 삼청동에서 서교동으로 이전한 뒤로는 가 본적이 없지만, 그래도 아끼고 믿는 집이니 추천할게요:-) Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 4 이 게시판에 등록된 소라게님의 최근 게시물 |
