 신촌에 위치한 가마마루이입니다. 식대가 조금 이름에도 불구하고(현시간 17:03) 벌써 줄을 서고있는 모습입니다.  차슈라면입니다. [9000원] 이곳의 장점이라면 육수의 농도가 조절합니다. 돈코츠계열 국물을 좋아하지 않으시다면 옅은 맛으로 하시는 것도 좋은 방법입니다. 그리고 면의 익힘정도도 조절 가능한데요. 단단한 면에서 보통, 부드러운 면 3단계로 조절이 가능합니다. 자가제면으로 하는 하얗고 얇은 면을 사용하는데요. 개인적으로 쫄깃한 노란 면을 선호하는지라 이 부분은 호불호가 갈렸습니다.  같이 주문한 온천계란입니다. [1000원] 중탕으로 반숙으로 익힌 계란에 특제소스를 올린 계란인데요. 제가 방문했을때는 SNS에 인증하면 무료로 주는 이벤트를 하더군요. 귀찮은 건 질색이라 그냥 지불하고나왔습니다. 진한 육수와 간장 타레가 잘어우려져있는 집이었습니다. 개인적으로 돈코츠 계열 육수는 별로 좋아하지 않으나 돼지잡내를 잘잡아내고 느끼함을 잘무마시키고 산뜻한 맛을 내려는 흔적이 많이 보입니다. 기다리는 동안 먹을수있는 무한리필 가능한 마파두부도 있는데요. 그냥 떼우기용으로 만들어놨을줄 알았는데 생각보다 제대로 만들었습니다. 버섯과 고기를 이용해 맛을 냈는데 어쩌면 라면보다 마파두부가 더 마음에 들지도... 그리고 밥 또한 무한제공되기에 대식가 분들도 만족 가능할거라 생각이 듭니다. 줄만 좀 짧으면 재방문 의사 있습니다.
