(보나세라 의 사진은 찾기가 어려워 와이파이님 블로그 사진으로 대체합니다) 요새 한창 주가를 올리고 있는 이탈리안 셰프 샘킴이 운영하는 보나세라 입니다. 도산공원 바로 앞입니다. 위치가 정말 좋더군요. 식사테이블로 안내받기 전 대기 하는 곳인데요, 깔끔하고 모던하게 잘 꾸며져 있네요.  스테이크는 그냥 평범하다는 평가가 많아서, 역시 파스타 전문가가 운영하는 곳이니 파스타 코스로 시켰습니다. 한 달에 한 번 파스타 메뉴가 바뀐다고 하는데요, 고등어오일 파스타, 해물토마토파스타(링귀니 면), 라비올리 중 하나를 고르는 '나폴리' 메뉴(3만 5000원)에서 와이파이님과 저 둘 다 해물토마토 파스타로 고른 뒤 주문을 했습니다. 식전빵과 함께 나온 에피타이저 입니다. 이 레스토랑의 특징은 '새로운 맛'보다는 내가 아는 그 맛을 더욱 깊게 낸다는 건데요, 에피타이저 역시 왼쪽부터(마지막 수프는 남프랑스식 야채수프에요) 하나씩 먹어가는 데 예상한 맛 그대로이지만 식재료 본연의 신선한 맛이 잘 느껴지고 말 그대로 식욕을 돋우네요.  자 이제 앙트레. (오르되부르라고 하는게 맞을려나요? 프랑스 정찬 순서가 아니라 파스타 코스다 보니 부르기 애매합니다만 어쨌든.) 해산물 튀김이 나오는데, 특히 저 탱클탱글함이 살아있는 새우는 정말 최고네요! 역시 내가 아는 그맛이지만, 내가 평소 먹던 그 맛보다 좋은 맛? 정도로 해두겠습니다. 흐흐  이얏호...드디어 파스타입니다. 이 파스타의 특징은. 일단 면이 짭쪼름하게 간이 기가막히게 돼 있습니다. 처음에 딱 먹으면 그닥 자극적이지 않은데 입에서 계속 감칠맛이 돌면서 소스와 잘 묻어져 탱글하게 씹히는 데.... 와...저 입맛에 너무너무 잘 맞았어요.  마지막으로 디저트입니다. 커피나 홍차 등과 함께 내어 주는데, 디저트는 트레이가 오면 그 중에서 하나를 고르는 방식입니다. 당근케이크, 화이트초콜릿 케이크, 에끌레어 세 종류, 무스 두 종류, 쿠키 등 꽤 많은 종류가 있었는데요 와이파이님은 당근케이크 한조각 저는 사진에 보이는 에클레어(카스터드)를 골랐습니다. 아메리카노와 궁합이 딱입니다요.  전체적인 평가: 파스타 면에 잘 배인 간과 탱글탱글한 면발 등을 느끼고 식재료의 맛을 잘 느끼면서 드실 분들은 추천합니다. 저도 첨에 가격들었을땐 "파스타가 뭐 그리 비싸?"라고 반응했지만..위치와 서비스..그리고 맛을 보고는 납득했습니다. 가성비 자체는 좋다고 하기 어려운 건 맞습니다.

파스타 한 그릇에 35000원이면 비싸기는 하지만 그 동네 땅값을 생각하면, 맛있어 보이기는 합니다.

저도 첨에 가격들었을땐 "파스타가 뭐 그리 비싸?"라고 반응했지만..위치와 서비스..그리고 맛을 보고는 납득했습니다. 가성비 자체는 좋다고 하기 어려운 건 맞습니다.

본문에도 써 놨습니다만...주말은 한달 반이나 두달전에 예약하는 게 좋고요, 평일은 잘 모르겠는데 1주일 안쪽으로는 못할겁니다. 평일예약 하시려면 전화해서 알아보시는 게 좋을 듯 합니다.

파인다이닝은 참으로 힘든 사업인것 같더군요.
장사가 잘 될때에는 한정된 손님을 받을 수 밖에 없어서 수익을 극대화하기 어렵고,
장사가 안 될때에는 그냥 망하는 것이고....
호텔 부페도 성수기에는 2타임으로 돌리는데, 파인다이닝은 특성상 그것도 어려운 것 같더군요.

파인다이닝은 '2개월 안쪽으로 예약가능하면 위험한 상태다'라는 말이 있더군요. 서구/미국에서는 그 정도인 모양입니다만...말씀대로 어려운 비즈니스인 건 정말 맞는 거 같습니다.

파스타를 4장이나 붙이면서 강조하신걸 보니 어지간히 입맛에 맞으셨나봐요. 흐흐

가격의 압박때문인지 이탈리아 코스요리에서 프리모 피아토만 따로 떼서 파스타 코스로 만들었나보군요. 파인다이닝이 한국인이 느끼기에 비싸긴 합니다. 맛있어 보이긴한데 다 먹고나서도 배가 안찰것 같은데요. 흐흐흐

그래도 앞에 튀김으로 베이스를 깔아주니 많이 허전하진 않았습니다만...파스타는 '아 쫌 만 더 주지'라는 생각이 들긴 했습니다.

사실 코스요리에서 파스타의 양이 적은건 뒤에 세콘도로 육류나 생선을 이용한 요리가 나오기 때문인데 한국에서 파스타를 먹다보면 다른건 다 무시하면서 파스타양은 코스요리와 같이 내주더군요. 그래서 먹고 나면 항상 배가고파요. 결코 제가 많이 먹어서 그런게 아닙니다.
