가끔 대구에 휴가차 놀러 오시는 분들이 계십니다. 그리고 항상 "대구에는 볼만한게 뭐가 있나요? 맛집 추천해주세요!" 라는 질문을 하시고 답변에는 "딱히 볼게 없습니다. 맛집도 없습니다...크흑" 이라는 답변을 달았었습니다. 그럼에도 놀러오시는 분들이 계셔서 그나마 제가 자주가는 어느정도는 보장할 수 있는 맛집을 추천해보겠습니다. (참고로 사진은 제가 음식 사진 찍는 취미가 없다보니 인터넷에서 줍줍 해왔습니다. 문제가 되거나 제가 사진을 다시 가게되면 사진을 수정하도록 하겠습니다.) 1. 무침회  보통 무침회라면 그냥 회무침을 생각하시는 경우가 많습니다. 회무침 : 회를 야채와 초고추장에 버무려 먹는 음식 그런데 대구 무침회는 좀 다릅니다. 야채에 회를 버무리기는 하는데 회가 좀 달라요. 데친 오징어, 소라, 고디를 무생채, 미나리에 무칩니다. 맛이나 식감이 좀 달라서 꽤 별미라고 생각합니다. 거기에 함께 나오는 재첩국 한사발이면 마시던 술도 깰 정도니까요. 점심에 식사대용으로도 나쁘지 않고 저녁에 술자리라면 더더욱 나쁘지 않은 메뉴입니다. 제가 자주가는 가게는 반고개 호남식당입니다. 다른곳보다 새콤한맛이 적고 제가 아주 어릴때부터 갔던곳으로 30년은 넘었으니 맛은 보장합니다! 추가로 원래 무침회+납작만두를 파는 가게들이 있었는데 얼마전 가보니 호남식당에도 팔더라구요. 납작만두와 함께먹는것도 별미입니다. 한접시 시켜서 같이 드셔보세요 ㅎㅎ 2. 안지랑 곱창   (퍼오다 보니 사진 사이즈가 제 각각이네요;;) 대구의 명물! 대구의 자랑! 안지랑 곱창입니다. 막장에 청량고추, 쪽파를 마구마구 섞어서 찍어먹습니다. 곱창은 돼지곱창인데 제 입맛에는 크게 누린내도 없고 맛있었습니다. 막창도 파는데 막창도 괜찮습니다만...역시 곱창을 더 추천합니다. 역시 제가 자주 가는곳은 안지랑 행운곱창입니다. 어머니부터 단골이였던 곳이라 저도 다른곳은 잘 안가요. 다른곳에 가면 특이한 메뉴 (치즈 곱창이라거나...불곱창이라거나...)도 많은데 여긴 그냥 막창, 곱창, 염통만 파는곳이기도 하네요. 그래서 더 믿음이 가기도 한데...다른곳이 궁금하기도 해요 솔직히 ㅎㅎ 3. 대창 전골   세번째는 대구분들도 잘 모르는 대창전골입니다. 저도 어머니 따라 우연히 가보게 된 곳이였는데.. 옛날 저 식당 뒷편이 우시장이였다고 하더군요. 지금은 없어졌지만 그때문에 식당은 여전히 남아있다고.. 각설하고...대창전골입니다. 대창과 소고기 부위중 주먹시라는 부위를 가지고 끓이는 전골인데 약간 눅진하고 느끼하지만 칼칼한 맛이 일품입니다. 다 먹고 볶아먹는 볶음밥도 일품이구요. 제가 자주 가는곳은 덕성식당입니다. 그 근처 어딜 가셔도 비슷하다...라고는 했지만 그래도 제가 가본곳을 추천하는게 낫겠죠 :) 아아..맛집 포스팅이란걸 살면서 처음해봤는데 이거 생각보다 길어지네요... 한번에 다 올릴려니 의외로 양이 많... 조만간 2탄을 올려보도록 하겠습니다.
