 이번 주말동안 전주에 2박3일 먹부림 여행을 다녀왔습니다. 한옥마을 먹거리들 그렇게 먹어보고싶었던 전일수퍼 황태구이와 소스 콩나물해장국. 버킷리스트중 유일하게 일행이 싫어해서 못먹은 피순대국을 제외하고는 한시도 배가 비어있던적이 없었네요. 그중에 제일 인상깊었던 음식인 물짜장에 대해 소개해볼까 합니다. 저는 못봤지만 백종원의 삼대천왕에서 이미 소개되었다고 하더라구요. 그래서 거기에서 물짜장 맛집으로 나온 노벨반점은 한시간정도 줄을 서야 먹을수있습니다. 그에 반해 진미반점은 줄이없어서 한번에 먹을수있구요. 사진에서 보이듯이 물짜장은 춘장을 쓰지않고 짜장면 맛을 낸 특이한 짜장이라고 하는데 그 신기함이 진미반점이 더 와닿았다고 하겠네요. 노벨반점이 맛이 떨어지는것은 아니지만 물짜장이라기보다는 걸쭉한 짬뽕 같은 느낌이라면 진미반점은 이상하게 붉고 매콤한데 춘장맛이나는 짜장이였어요. 아마 양파볶은걸로 단맛을 낸것같은데 모르겠습니다 그것만가지고 짜장맛이 날리는 없는데 말이죠 흐음... 데프콘이 먹었다던 수정관은 못가봐서 평가가 힘듭니다만 그냥 주관적으로 평가하자면 굳이 전주까지 가서 물짜장 맛을 보고싶다면 8천원이나 하는 진미반점의 물짜장을 추천하고 싶네요. 노벨도 나쁘진않은데 3천원의 가격차이와 맛의 차이를 등치시킨다고 쳐도 웨이팅 한시간의 압박은 굳이 랜드마크를 찍고 말겠다는 의지가 아니라면 추천해드리고 싶지 않네요. 이것은 둘의 차이를 못느끼겠다는 제 동행의 의견도 있으므로 제 개인적인 의견이라고만 봐주시면 될듯 합니다 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 이 게시판에 등록된 열혈둥이님의 최근 게시물 |
