  먹는거 좋아하는 사람들 사이에서 조용히 입소문이 도는 핫소스를 검색하던 차에 핫소스가 기본 구성에 포함되어 있는 샌드위치를 파는 샵을 발견해서 가봤습니다. http://kko.to/q9s6M7xYM 성수 번화가에서 살짝 벗어난 곳에 있는데, 그런 만큼 조용하고 가게 앞 주차공간도 여유 있습니다. 사진은 제가 주문한 [트러플 핫소스와 치킨 샌드위치] 맛의 조합이 꽤 인상적이면서도 잘 어울러진 느낌이고, 특히 빵의 굽기와 재료 담음새가 마음에 들었습니다. 최근 먹어본 몇몇 샌드위치가 지나치게 딱딱하거나 내용물이 흘러내리거나, 내용물과 빵이 입에 남는 시간 차이가 많이 나는게 영 걸렸거든요. 메인 재료인 닭다리살 조리도 좋았고, 함께 제공해주는 핫소스와 궁합이 진짜 좋았습니다. 이건 핫소스에게도 지분이 있구요. 일행이 시킨 다른 메뉴도 내용물에 맞는 빵굽기에, 속재료 채소를 반반 선택가능하고 치즈도 각기 다른 치즈를 녹여서 쓰는것과 가루 토핑으로 활용해서 맛과 동시에 질감도 다르게 제공하는 점이 인상적이었습니다. 전체적으로 기본을 잘 지키면서도 재미있는 경험을 제공하려고 신경썼다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 단순하다면 단순한 샌드위치 메뉴임에도 설명을 친절히 해주고 접객이 친절하다는 점도 좋네요. 단점은 가격 대비 포션이 적습니다. 각 13,000원/12,000원으로 점심 정식급 가격의 메뉴임에도 든든한 점심이다라고 할 정도는 아니었어요. 찾던 핫소스는 이 제품입니다. 한병에 29,000원.... 그런데 실제로 먹어보니 돈값을 하는지 까지는 모르겠지만 먹어본 핫소스중에 제일 맛있긴 하네요. 트러플향도 부담스럽지 않게 은은하게 나고 산미랑 매운맛, 단맛이 밸런스가 참 좋아요.
