굳이 업종은 밝히지 않고 어떤 업무를 하기 위해선 특정 자격증의 서명이 필요하고, 그에 대한 리스크는 해당 서명이 다 지게됩니다. 하지만 사실상 대부분의 업무는 영업과 이를 유지보수하는 직원들에게 과중되어 있습니다. 해당 자격증은 지시/감독/관리/교육/상담 등의 업무를 하지만, 비정기적이고 객관적인 평가가 어렵습니다. 리스크는 실제 자격 정지로 종종 나타나고, 자격 상실까지는 드물지만 정지 몇개월은 고객들이나 영업사원들 떠나가기에 충분한 시간입니다. 관련 업계 분들에게 묻는게 가장 쉽겠지만, 다들 이해관계인인 만큼 자기 편한쪽으로 비중을 높게 말하기 마련입니다. 크게 영업직/사무직/전문직으로 나뉘는 느낌입니다. 사실 관리/교육도 사무직 내에서 자체적으로 이루어집니다. 협상을 통해 계약하는게 좋겠지만, 실제 계약 당시에는 누군가 빠져있기 마련입니다. 대체로 사무직이 빠져있어서, 결국 혼자 고생은 다하다 도망가고, 이게 반복되다보면 전문직이 슬슬 관리에 어려움을 느끼며, 영업을 정지시키는 구조입니다. 일반 상식선에서 ?:?:? 로 파이를 나눠가지는게 장기적으로 유리하다고 보시나요? 결국 유지보수가 안정적으로 오래되야 하니까 유지하는 직원 쪽이 4? 영업은 일시적인 수입을 원할테니 당장은 3이지만 일시불로? 그리고 자격증은 남은 3? 어떤 업종이든 비슷한 문제가 있을거라 생각되서 열린 의견을 듣고 싶습니다. 조만간 계약서를 써야하는데, 지속 가능한 계약이 되려면 제3자가 가장 객관적이고, 지금 없는 분도 미리 신경을 써야 할거 같습니다. 벌써부터 계약한 둘이 짜고 빼먹어봐야, 결국 돌아올 문제로 생각되서요.
