이 내용을 예전에 질문 했었는지 여기가 아닌 다른 데였는지 기억이 안나는군요. 2019년 7월까지 집 근처 의원에서 약물치료를 받았었고, 제가 약을 꾸준히 먹지 않았고 차도도 없는 것 같아 그만 두었었습니다. 해당 의원에서 약물치료를 받은기간은 6개월 받고, 6개월 쉬고 6개월 또 약먹고 그래서 그만 둔 것이 작년 7월 정도로 기억하고 있습니다. 그 당시 의원에서는 의사선생님이 상담 + 투약치료를 둘 다 해주셨었고, 바쁜 선생님 오래 붙들고 있을 수도 미안했으니 따로 상담할 수 있는 곳을 소개해 달라는 요청을 했었었는데 본인이 아는 곳이나 소개해줄 곳은 없다고 하시더군요. 2019년 11월에 우연히 모교 관련학과에서 상담치료 프로그램을 진행하는 것을 알게 되었고, 상담을 받으러 가서 1:1 대면상담치료를 시작하게 되었습니다. 그래서 5~6개월 정도 진행하고 저번달(2020년 4월) 정도에 [약을 먹다 만 것이 있는데, 약물치료를 같이 하는 것이 좀 더 좋은 효과를 기대할 수 있을까요?] 질문을 했는데 상담자분이 답변하기를 [그렇다고 생각할 수도 있는데, 저희는 일단 인지중심으로 치료를 하고자 하기 때문에 약물처방은 권하지 않습니다. 일단 해당 의원에 문의해 보세요] 이렇게 말씀하시더군요. 다음 주 해당 정신과 의원에 방문해서 [현재 상담치료을 받고 있는 중인데 투약을 같이 하고 싶습니다. 다만 상담치료를 진행하는 곳에서는 위와 같이 말을 하시더군요]이렇게 솔직하게 말했습니다. 그랬더니 의사선생님께서는 화를 내시면서(아마도) [예전에 약을 잘 먹지도 않았고, 현재 상담하는 곳에서 그렇게 말을 하고 있다면 약을 처방해 줄 순 없다] 라고 하시더군요. 다시 돌아가서 상담치료 하는 곳에 이 말을 전하니 [알았다.] 라고 하시는군요. 저는 상담과 투약 치료를 병용하는 것이 일반적으로 증상 개선에 좋다고는 들었는데, 아닌 경우도 있으려나요? 이런 경우 다른 병원에 찾아가 세컨드 오피니언을 구해보는 것이 나을까요. 아니면 그냥 상담치료만 쭉 진행하는 것이 나으려나요. 현재 상담 관련 직종에서 일하는 사람의 입장으로 말씀 드리자면... 일단 약처방을 받으시면 정해진 기간에 정해진 복용을 철저히 따라야 합니다. 하루라도 빠트리면 약의 효과를 장담할 수 없습니다. 본인이 판단하시기에 별 효과 없네요는 안됩니다. 약을 본인 임의로 중단해서 증세가 악화되시는 분이 많습니다. 지속적 관리와 관찰이 필요한데 그것이 안되버리기 때문이죠. 일단 정해진 투약 기간은 정확하게 지키시고 그래도 차도가 없다면 그때 판단하셔도 늦지 않습니다.
