군 생활 중의 수면의 질에 대해서 궁금합니다. 제대하신 분들이나 현역으로 군생활중인분들 - 일반 사병이신 분들께 질문해요. 계셨던 곳 환경마다 다르겠지만 예를 들어 휴전선 근무 같은 경우는 많은 위험때문에 걱정이 수면의 질을 낮출 수 있다고 짐작할 수 있는데요. 본인의 경험을 주로 듣고 싶은데요. 하루 규칙적인 군 생활 중에, 고된 하루 일과를 끝내고도, 군 생활 중에 본인이나 동료들 중에 보신 중에, 적정 수면량이라고 일컫는 하루 6시간 미만으로 5시간 정도 밖에 못자서 괴로왔던 수면 퀄리티가 좋지 않은 경우가 많이 있으셨는가요? 아니면 같은 내부반에서 잠으로 고생하시는 동료병사를 보신 경우가 흔히 있으신지가 궁금합니다. 저널에서 조사된 자료가 있으면 더 좋을 듯 싶지만 저는 찾을 수가 없습니다. 한 내부반 20명이 있었다면 그 중에 계속적인 수면의 질 하락 또는 수면이 안 좋아서 (다른 일시적인 작업으로 환경이 바뀌거나 해서 일시적으로 수면의 영향을 받는 경우 제외하구요) 고생하신 경우 얼마나 케이스가 있을까요? 설문조사를 해보고 싶지만 그렇게 엑세스 할 수 있는 빽이 없어서 ㅠㅠ 좋은 연구자료라고 생각되거든요. 군생활처럼 규칙적인 생활, 적정한 노동, 규칙적인 식사를 할 경우에 수면 퀄리티는 높아진다 아니다.. 상관없다. 아니면, 제가 예상으로는 일반적인 병사들은 7-8시간의 규칙적인 수면시간을 가질 것으로 예상하는데 현실에서는 여러 제약으로 인해서 수면이 보통 병사들이 5-6시간으로 짧다 든지의 의견도 좋습니다. 어떠셨는지 궁금합니다. 복무 기간 내내 주중 평균 5시간 30분 + 오침 20분 정도 잤고 주말에 7시간 + 오침 30분 정도 잤습니다. 동절기에는 좀 더 길고 나머지 기간에는 좀 더 짧고. 그렇게까지 힘들진 않았습니다. 적응되고 나면 분명히 수면 밀도가 개선되기는 하거든요. 군인이면 보통 일과에서 로그오프하기 위해 목숨 걸고 수면으로 도피하게 되기 때문에 잠이 깊이 들 수밖에 없죠. 잠만이 해방이니까. 물론 졸음이 만성적으로 오긴 하는데 그건 지금이라고 딱히 다른 것도 아니고.. 근데 아마 대부분의 부대가 저거보다는 많이 잘 수 있을 겁니다. 전 소규모 부대라 인원 대비 야간 경계 근무 인력 소요가 많아서 그랬던 거라. 규정된 취침 시간은 주중 8시간 주말 9시간인데 보통 저기서 1-2시간 정도 빠진다 생각하면 쉽습니다.
