경제에 대해서는 얄팍한 지식만 알고 있는 공대학생입니다. 다름이 아니라 최근 가치투자에 대해 곰곰히 생각해보고 있는데, 그렇다고 전공책까지 사가며 공부하기에는 열정이 부족해서 이렇게 질문 글을 올리게 되었습니다. 서울에 부동산 투자 vs 계속 오르는 공룡기업의 주식 사기 제 개인적인 의견으로는 실물투자는 서울 부동산이 좋다고 생각되고, 가상투자는 계속 오르는 미래지향적 공룡기업의 주식을 사는 것이 좋다고 생각하게 되었습니다. 서울 부동산의 경우엔 대출을 받던지해서 변두리의 작은 아파트부터 시작해서 점점 중심지역의 아파트를 단 한채 보유하면서 실제 근무하게 될 지방의 회사에서는 근처 기숙사든 원룸전세든 지내게 될 것 같아요. 미래지향적 공룡기업의 주식은 구글, 아마존과 같이 4차 산업혁명과 같은 미래에 대비하면서 공룡기업이라 무너질 일이 적은 기업에 투자를 할 생각인데, 당연히 분산투자를 생각중에 있고, 8:2 비율로 2정도는 다소 과감하게 새로운 기업에도 투자할 생각중입니다. 여기서 중요한 사항은 차트분석이나 여타 경제지식을 동원하지 않고, 단순히 그래프의 추이, 세계 산업 발전의 흐름, 개인적인 관심요소 등을 중심으로 투자를 할 생각이라는 점입니다. 부모님께서는 경기도에서 부동산으로 집을 옮겨다니면서 노후자금정도는 마련하실 수 있으셨는데, 누차 저에게 항상 강조하시는게 제가 사는 시대에는 절대 이렇게 재산을 불릴 수 없을테니 은행이자보다만 높게 수익을 낼 수 있는 것을 하나만 찾아서 공부하라고 조언해주셔서 그 이후부터 그런대로 생각해본게 이정도네요... 둘 다 시도하는 것도 물론 좋겠지만, 그 정도로 제가 돈을 많이 벌 것 같지도 않고, 그 정도로 투자하는데에 시간을 소비하고 싶은 생각도 없기 때문에 다른 분들은 어떻게 생각하시나 궁금해서 질문을 드리게 됬네요. 개인적인 사견이지만... 사실 돈버는 방법은 남들이 모르는 방법에서 크게 벌 수 있다는건 알고 있지만, 창의성하곤 영 거리가 멀고 새가슴이라 큰 흐름에 편승하는 편이 아무래도 제 인생도 즐길 수 있고하지 않을까 생각해요.
