안녕하세요~ 질문이 생겨서 오랜만에 글 올려봅니다 약 2년전 헬스장에서 PT를 끊었습니다 20회정도였고 백 얼마 줬어요 문제는 제가 한달정도.. 그러니까 6~7번 정도 수업을 듣고 발령이 나서 수업을 더이상 듣지 못했습니다 그 때 선생님께 이후에 이어서 들을 수 있다고 들었는데.. 제가 정신이 없어서 그 사실 자체를 잊고 살았네요 지금와서 당시의 계약서를 보니 따로 계약기간이나 환불가능기간에 대한 명시는 없길래 일단 찾아가보았습니다 그랬더니 환불이나 PT수업은 어렵고 헬스장 이용권 정도는 줄 수 있다고 하더라구요 (제 회사에 이미 헬스장이 있어 그건 받는대도 큰 의미는 없습니다..)회원정보는 남아있지만 1년 단위로 데이터를 지워서 얼마나 수업이 진행되었는지는 안남아있고, 그 때 저를 가르쳤던 선생님도 이제 안계시대요 자기들도 오랜시간 저같은 손님을 겪어보았고 본사도 큰데, 법적분쟁으로 갈 경우 제가 이길 가능성은 거의 없다고도 이야기했습니다 찾아보니 소비자 보호원에 이미 관련 사례들도 많은것 같긴한데 잘끝난경우도 많지만.. 저처럼 기간이 오래 지났을땐 어떨지 모르겠네요 사실 처음에는 그냥 PT수업을 마저 받고싶었는데 이정도까지 얘기하는걸 보니 수업을 받는대도 품질이 걱정되더라구요 일부라도 환불은 어려울까요? 일단 자기들도 본사에 알아보겠다고해서 기다리고 있는데 연락이 먼저 올것같지 않습니다 괜히 스트레스만 받고 얻을수 있는건 없는걸까요?
