30대 중반입니다. 직장생활에 심각한 장애를 느낄정도로 주의집중이 안되고 멍하고 정리가 안되고 산만합니다. 남의 말을 끼어들거나 떠들거나 과잉행동 충동장애같은건 없습니다. 학벌은 좋은 편이지만(서성한) 어떻게 여기까지 오긴 왔나 싶은데 (뒤로 학점은 개판입니다만) 날이 갈수록 심해집니다. 현재 직장생활 한계를 느껴 공시를 준비하는데 책을 들여다봐도 글자가 그냥 지나갈 뿐이지 박혀들어오지가 않고 머리속에 안개가 항상 낀 느낌이고 무겁고 멍합니다. 방정돈 정리정돈은 어릴때부터 안됐습니다. 노트필기도 거의 못해서 책으로만 공부했고 제가 잃어버린 필기도구만 문방구 하나정도 됩니다. 얼마전에 과학관에 가서 뇌파 (알파파?)로 주의집중을 해서 기차 움직이기 그런걸 했는데 다들 조금씩은 움직이는데 저는 아무리 집중을 해도 전혀 안움직이더라고요. 뇌력?이 심각하게 약해졌다 생각이 듭니다. 이젠 심각하게 일상장애도 느끼고 우울증도 심한지 책보다 맨날 웁니다. 제가 짐작하기로는 고등학교때 이마 대고 책상에 자서 이마가 좀 들어간 것 같은데 (후회중) 그때 전두엽이 다쳤나 싶습니다...ㅠㅠ 근데 adhd인것같다고 정신과 갔는데 너 adhd아니라고 약 안주고 그냥 돌려보내는 경우도 있나요? 집에서는 가면 무조건 약주지~ 안주겠냐~그거 다 상술이야 하고(집이 무식합니다 죄송) 정신과 약먹으면 미친다 수준으로 이야기하는데 저는 심각해서요. 정말 증상이 아니면 빠꾸시키고 아무것도 안주나요? 뭔가 검사를 하는지... 그리고 보험은 들어놔서 상관은 딱히 없는데 adhd 정신과 이력이 공무원 임용에 영향 끼치는지 궁금합니다. 여긴 대구경북인데 갈만한 곳이 어디 있을지 감도 안옵니다. 서울까지 가는게 나을런지요... 그리고 우울증인지 강박인지 adhd인지 아님 오만게 다 있는지 저도 잘 모르는데 이야기해보고 알아서 진단해주시나요?
