저는 손톱이 하얗습니다. 언제부터인지 확신할수 없지만 어릴때부터 손톱이 흰색이었고, 병원에 가봐도 원인을 정확히 진단해주지 못했습니다. 그래서 당장에 생활하는데 불편함이 없어서 그냥 그런가보다 하고 살았었죠. 그러다가 발바닥의 티눈관련 문제로 피부과에 갔을때 원장님께 손톱을 보여주면서 왜 이런것이냐고 물어봤을때는 의학서적을 20분정도 찾으시더니 유전적인 희귀한 질환이다. 라고 하시면서 대답을 해주셨습니다. 문제는 군대 전역 이후 체질의 변화와 운동이 병행되면서 손톱의 색깔이 아주 미묘하게 핏기가 도는 모습을 보면서 꼭 그 문제였을까? 라는 의문이 들었고 직장생활을 하면서 2년마다 돌아오는 종합검진때 신장 관련 검사를 추가로 신청하여 결과를 받아봤지만 문제가 없다라는 진단을 받기도 했습니다. 손톱이 하얀 이유에는 여러 원인들이 있겠지만 최근들어 신장이 문제가 있다는 것을 확신하고 있습니다. 그 이유로는... 제가 작년에 담낭에 문제가 있어 병원에서 통원치료를 받았었는데 그때 매번 병원에서 트리푸신, 뉴트리푸신과 제가 알 수 없는 약들을 섞어서 링겔주사를 받고 난 이후 손톱의 색깔이 전보다 10%정도 더 핏기가 도는 것을 확인했습니다. 구글에서 검색하여보니 간과 담낭, 신장쪽에 영향을 주는 성분이라는 결과를 얻었습니다. 사실 병원에 갈때마다 하얀손톱에 대한 원인을 물어보면 아무도 대답을 못해줘서 스스로 결과를 내다보니 신장에 관련된 건강보조제라도 먹어보자. 라는 생각을 하게 되었고, 쿠팡이나 아이허브에서 키드니 케어, 키드니 블렌즈 라는 약을 구매해서 먹게 되었습니다. 키드니케어 관련 약을 먹은지 50일정도가 지났고 그 결과 손톱 색깔이 기존에 하얀색이 0이고, 정상인의 손톱색깔이 100이라 한다면 지금 저의 손톱색깔은 현재 35 정도로 회복되었습니다. 가장 뚜렷한 결과로는 허리통증과 목저림 현상이 70%정도 사라졌습니다. 저는 달리기를 잘 못합니다. 어느정도 달리다보면 허리통증과 허리에서부터 목까지 올라오는 저려오는 통증 때문에 달리기가 너무 괴로웠습니다. 군대에서도 너무 힘든 시간을 보냈죠. 엄살부린 다는 이유로요. 팔굽혀펴기도 30회 정도 이상부터도 마찬가지로 같은 증상으로 많이 할 수 없었습니다. 30회 이후부터는 정말 참으면서 해냅니다. 하지만 지금은 그 고통 때문에 30회 이상 못하기보다 제가 평소에 하지 않았던 이유로 많이 못하는 것 같습니다. 심적으로도 많은 안정감이 들기도 하고 스트레스를 견디는 정도도 이전보다 확연히 좋아졌습니다. 저는 제 스스로 성격이 "ㅈㄹ"맞다고 느꼈는데 이번 결과를 계기로 너무나 삶이 평온하네요. 스스로도 놀랍습니다. 좀 더 나아진 삶을 원해서 글을 적게 되었습니다. 만약에 병원을 간다면 어느 병원을 가야할까요? 어떤 치료를 받으면 지금보다 더 나아질까요? 아니면 어떤 약을 먹으면 지금보다 더 좋은 효과를 볼 수 있을까요? 왜 종합검진에서는 신장에 문제가 없다고 결과가 나왔을까요? (추가적으로 저의 외할아버지는 급성신부전증으로 급사하셨습니다. 이것도 저와 어느정도 연관이 있을까요?) # 식습관이 참 좋지 않았습니다. 맥도날드는 1996년부터 지금까지 제 배고픔을 달래주는 친구였습니다. 참고가 되실지 몰라 추가하였습니다. 지금은 1달에 1~4번정도 먹습니다. 신장은 증상이 없습니다..그래서 silent killer니 뭐니 하지요. 우선 피검사상 이상 없으면 증상 일으킬만하지는.않습니다.
건강에 왕도를 찾으며 오시는 분들 많습니다. 그럼 자식들한테 "공부에 왕도가 있느냐"라는 말을 한 적 있는지 되묻습니다. 좋은 거 먹고 적절한 운동 질높은 수면 등. 건강에는 왕도가 없지요. 님 상태가 건강하지 않은 상태인 것 같다는 생각은 드는데, 그렇다고 질병이 있는 상태라고 생각들지는 않습니다.
