정신분열증이 의심되는데, 현역입영 대상자입니다. 입영 기한이 지나서 병무청과 문제 상의 중인데, 행동을 어떻게 해야 할지 모르겠습니다. 원래 동네 병원을 갔다가 ADHD약을 3개월 + 3개월 먹었는데, 환각 본 이후 상급병원에 갔습니다. 이전 치료 6개월 연속 진료 기록이 없다고 병무용 진단서는 안 준다고 합니다. 병무청에서는 문제를 대략적으로는 알고 있습니다만, 병무진단서 없어서 재검도·연장도 안 됩니다. 임상심리사와 면담해서(40만원 ㅎㄷㄷ) 10월 31일에 대병원 검진결과가 나옵니다. 원래 이번준데... 학회가신다고... 학회는 중대문제지만...... 현 상황을 담당자들과 통화는 하고 있는데, 사람들마다 약간 말이 다릅니다. 누구는 상황이 상황인 만큼 일단 오시면 연기한다고 하는데. 오늘 연락했더니, 와서 진술서를 쓰는 절차라고 합니다. 저는 진술서와 같은 법적으로 불리할 수 있는 문서는 절대 써줄 수 없습니다. 저 스스로도 의견이 계속해서 달라집니다. 병원에 가는 생각만 몇백번씩 번복하고 있습니다. 따라서 뭘 문서로 적는 것은 안 됩니다. 차라리 자수하겠다고 했더니, 병역기피로 고발장 접수하지 않았으니 자수는 불가하답니다. 검사에게 자수하면 수사권이 있으니까 치료감호소에 의뢰라도 해 줄텐데, 병무청은 재검도 없이 무조건 약 먹은 병원 기록만 받습니다. 생활상담센터 기록이나 자살상담센터 기록은 6개월이 넘는데, 안 받아 줍니다. 근데 법정에서는 받아줄 것 같네요. 판단은 판사가 하지만. 증상 설명도 1년 전 병역판정검사 때부터 해 왔는데, 그냥 넘어갔습니다. 제가 통화하다 발작을 겪고 숨을 못 쉬어도 그냥 두더군요. 병무청에 피해망상이 있는것 같기도 하지만, 병무청도 최대한 보신주의적으로 행동하려고 문제를 알면서 방관하는 점도 있는 것 같습니다. 이 상황에서 제가 취할 선택지는 두 개입니다. 1. 거부 선언하고 고발까지 기다린다 2. 진술서를 써 준다 고발을 하게 되면 제게는 매우 좋습니다. 진찰을 항상 의심하는 제가, 치료감호소에서 진찰도 다시 받게 되고 심신미약이면 변호인도 붙고, 운이 좋다면 형이 집행되지 않고 치료가 집행될 수도 있어 보입니다. 지금 약값이 없거든요. 잔고 8만원... 만약 형이 집행된다면, 어차피 제정신일 기간이 얼마 없으니 문제가 없다고 생각합니다. 구체적 환각이 시작된 9월 2일 ~ 오늘까지 정상이 된 시간 딱 두 번 있었습니다.(9월28일오전7-8시, 10월22일오후6-8시) 나머지는 몸상태 따라 이리저리 흘러다니는데, 점점 더 제어력이 나빠지고 있으니 형이 집행되어도 큰 문제가 없지 않을까요? 오히려 지금 병무청에 진술서를 써 주고, 한달 뒤 재입영 시 귀가를 한다 해도 문제는 동일한데, 고발을 기다리는게 더 나은 절차 아닐까요? 게다가 파킨슨 증상인지 온몸을 떨거나 순식간에 잠들어 버리는 문제가 발생하는데, 이럴 경우 제어가 안 됩니다. 반대 증상도 문제인데 환각을 보면 곧바로 장소를 이탈해 쏘다니는 만큼 어떤 행동을 할 수 있을지 모르겠습니다. 제가 무리해서 진술서를 써 줘야 하고, 한달 뒤 증상이 없어서 재입영이 된다는 보장도 못 하는데, 계속 미루면 뭐가 될까요? 병역판정검사를 다시 해 준다는 것 같은데, 그 때는 잘 갈 수 있을지도 문제고, 지난번에도 5월15일부터 8월27일까지 미뤘습니다. 또 치료에 대해 부정적인 생각이 자리잡은 것도 큰 문제인데, 의사가 부작용 물어보니, 요즘 약은 좋다고 한 후... 말을 끝냈습니다. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 발작있어서 아무거나 먹으면 안 되는데, 묻지도 않고 약 지정해 소개하는 것을 보면 좀 의심됩니다. 이제 돈이 없어서 병원을 두 개 이상 다니기도 힘들구요. 대신 항콜린제를 처방해달라고 할까 고민중입니다. 아마 6개월 지속이 힘들지 않을까 걱정이 됩니다. 다시 치료가 끊기면 병역기피라는 의심이 남을 것 같아요. 정리하자니 고발을 바라는 방향으로 생각이 모아지는데, 문제는 또 있습니다. 그런데 이런 글을 쓴 후에도, 이런 생각이 망상이라는 생각이 들어서 결정을 못 하겠습니다. 어느 부분인지는 모르겠습니다만, 괴이하네요. 따라서 차라리 글을 써야 할 것 같아 작성합니다. 여러분은 어떻게 생각하시나요? 사실 고발당하는게 무서워서 피하는 걸까요? 병역기피가 하고 싶은 걸까요? 몸이 아픈건 맞을까요? 문제를 정확히 인식하기가 불가능합니다. 어쩌면 환각이 아니라 실제 있던걸 왜곡한건 아닐까요? 사실 병실에 누워 꿈을 꾸는건 아닐까요? 왜 문제를 해결하지 못하는 걸까요?
