약 4년간 뭔가를 '창작'하는 일을 했습니다. 댓글에 밝혔으니 써놓겠습니다 ^^; 마케팅 및 영상 계열입니다. 허접하게나마 포토샵 및 일러를 이용한 디자인도 하고, 성우 더빙도 가끔 합니다. 보통 기획부터 제작까지 제가 모든 일을 도맡아 합니다. 관련 전공을 가졌고 계속해서 이 일만 해 왔습니다. 업계에서 빠진다는 소리는 거의 못 들어봤고 회사에서도 꽤 좋은 인력으로 평가받아 왔습니다. 현재도 그렇습니다. 전체적으로 성과도 좋고 평가도 나쁘지 않습니다. 업계 특성상 비정규직이 많은데 지금 회사에서 정규직 전환을 앞두고 있습니다. 3000대 초반 받고 근무중이고 소폭 상승 예상합니다. 그런데 배부른 소리인진 모르겠지만 현재 하는 일이 너무 버겁습니다. 항상 뭔가를 창작해야 한다는 압박감에 시달리고 데드라인이 절 괴롭히는게 싫습니다. 단순히 반복하는 업무를 계속 해서 쳐내는 거면 차라리 모르겠는데 계속해서 제 아이디어를 갈아넣어야 하는게 질리는 포인트인것 같습니다. 업계를 떠나면 지금 당장 할 줄 아는게 없으니 모든걸 처음부터 시작해야 합니다. 근데 뭘 해야 할지 전혀 모르겠습니다. 공부도.. 직업 선택도.. 제가 직업에 있어 가장 우선순위로 두는 것은 '워라밸'과 '스트레스를 많이 받지 않는 직업'인데 이게 가능이나 할지.. 뭘 선택해야 제가 덜 후회할지도 모르겠어서 너무 고민이 큽니다. 혹시라도 다른 직종을 위해 지금 회사를 퇴사한다면.. 약 6개월 정도는 먹고 살 돈이 있습니다. 1. 홍차클러 분들이라면 지금 업계나 직종을 포기하시겠습니까, 계속 다니시겠습니까? 2. 만약 포기한다면, 추천해주시고 싶으신 직종이 있으신지요? 쓰고보니 철없는 글인것 같은데.. 혹시라도 글을 읽으며 불편하셨다면 죄송하다는 말씀 전하고 싶습니다.
