저는 귀에 네개의 피어싱을 했습니다. 그 은색 볼 처럼 보이는 기본 써지컬 피어싱이고요. 오늘 미용실에 가서 염색을 했는데요. 머리를 감겨주는 도중 아르바이트생이 피어싱을 세게 잡아당기는 바람에 피어싱이 빠졌으면 좋은데.... 어찌나 세게 당겼는지 그 볼 부분이 귀 안쪽으로 들어가 박혔습니다. 엄청나게 아파서 비명을 질렀고요. 빼낼 방법이 없어서 응급실에 갔어요. 마취하고 빼낼 줄 알았는데 그냥 무식하게 당겨서 빼는 바람에 ㅠㅠ 너무 아파서 울면서 비명을 지르고 피도 철철 흘렸네요. 응급실에 가는 택시비, 병원비, 그리고 약값까지 미용실 디자이너분이 동행해서 내셨습니다. 그리고 헤어샵 돌아왔는데 염색비 13만원 중... 3만원을 할인해주겠다고 하더군요; 10만원 결제 하고 일단 돌아왔는데요. 생각할수록 짜증이 많이 납니다. 이너에 뚫은 피어싱이라 아무는데만 6개월 고생했는데 ㅠㅠ 피어싱도 막히게 생긴 데다가 흉터도 아마 남을 거 같으네요. 전부 아물기 기다렸다가 다시 뚫을 생각하면 벌써부터 눈물날 거 같습니다. 미용실 과실로 극심한 고통도 겪었고, 피해받은 게 큰데 달랑 병원비지불한 거랑 하루치 약 받고 참으려니 억울하네요. 애초에 헤어컷까지 13만원인걸 염색하고 샴푸하다 다쳐서 드라이도 안받고 컷도 안받았는데 10만원 낸게 깎아준 건지도 의문이고요. 사전에 피어싱 분명히 인지했지만 빼라는 말 전혀 없었고, 응급실에서는 월요일에 다시 이비인후과에 가보라고 했습니다. 아무는데 한달은 걸릴 거고 상처 부위상 잠잘때마다 또 고생 심할 거고... 주말인데 머리도 못감고.... 거기다 고흐처럼 귀에 붕대도 칭칭 감고 있어요. ㅠㅠ 응급실에 가보니까 응급실에서는 진단서 발급이 불가능하다고 월요일에 다시오라는데... 이거 진단서 떼서 고소하면 피해보상 받을 수 있을까요?
