익명으로 해야하나 잠깐 고민했는데, 혹시 아는 사람이 볼까봐... 천안에 있는 회사로 이직 준비중입니다. 아직 최종 오퍼는 받지 못하였습니다. 그런데, 이직을 하면 이직한 회사에서 최소 한번은 월급을 받아야 전세 대출이 가능하다고 하고, 현재 사는 집은 회사에서 주거지원 해주는 집이라 이직하면 바로 이사를 가야 합니다. 그래서 퇴사통보하면서 바로 집 결정하고 현재 회사 재직중으로 대출을 받아야 해서, 시간이 없어서 미리 좀 알아보고 있습니다. 일단, 천안이 고향인 회사분 말로는 학원 많고 가장 핫한 동네는 불당동..(여기는 저도 몇번 가봤습니다.) 학교가 좋은 동네는 두정동이라고 하시는데 두정동은 대부분 20년 넘은 구축이네요. 그외에 이직하려는 직장은 백석동인데, 여기는 아직 개발중인 신도시(?)라서 가성비가 좋지 않다고 합니다. (신축이지만 주거환경이 좋지 않음) 아, 그리고 천안이 삼성 등으로 인해 20-30평 초반 아파드들은 회사 숙소로 쓰는 경우가 많아 주차가 헬이다.. 라고 하시더군요. 아이가 아직 초등 저학년이라, 아내는 중장기적으로 두정동에서 초등학교 가까운 아파트가 좋지 않겠냐고, 저는 직주근접 및 신축이니 백석동이 좋지 않겠냐는 의견입니다. (불당은 대출을 많이 받아야 해서 둘다 좀 망설이고 있습니다.) 혹시 추천해주실 동네나 아파트단지 아시는 곳 있으시면 조언 부탁드립니다. 학군 등 모든면에서 신불당이 가장 좋고
두정동은 구축에 유흥가가 가까워서 아이들 교육에는 별로라고 생각합니다. 두정동의 장점은 삼성공단과 가깝다는점이지만 삼성 아니라면 두정동에 있을 이유가 없을듯 합니다
백석동이 신도시긴하지만 신축에 코스트코도 가깝고 살기좋아보이더군요.
제 추천은 예산이 되면 신불당, 안되면 백석동 추천합니다
