요즘 직업이며 이직이며 고민이 한참인데 생각지도 못한 곳에서 의외의 얘기를 들었습니다. 피부관리 하러 매주 에스테틱에 다니는데 근래에 급 원장님과 친해져서 여러 이야기를 하게 됐어요. 제가 현재 일하고 있는 직종과 원장님이 젊을 적(아주 동안이시지만 내후년에 50대라고 하심...)에 일했던 직종과 겹치더라구요. 저는 제가 말하는 것보다 듣는걸 좋아하기 때문에 여러 질문과 얘기를 주고 받다가... 그 분이 에스테틱 업종으로 오게 된 얘기까지 듣게 되었어요. 10년도 더 전에 일을 했지만 여자로써(페미 얘기가 주제가 아니니 이 내용은 흘려봐주세요)의 한계와 차별로 이직할 일자리도 남자후배에게 뺏겨 원장님은 회사를 때려쳤다고 하시더라구요. 그 분도 피부관리를 자주 받았고 어느 날 샵에 베드가 꽉찬걸 보고 이게 한 타임에 얼마고 몇일에 얼마고 그래서 당장 피부관리를 배우고 가게를 차리셨대요. 지금도 사람 상대하면서 어려보이는거에 대해 반말하는둥 스트레스는 받지만 그 분이 덧붙이는 말이 사람들이 다들 적성적성 하는데 사실 적성은 아주 소수의 사람들이 적성 찾아 일하는거래요. 그리고 적성으로 일을 하더라도 박봉에 취미가 일이 되었을 때의 압박감 등이 이루말할 수 없다고 하시더라구요. 나도 적성이라 생각하고 열심히 했지만 한계가 있기에 일에 맞춰 나도 맞춰가는거라고 살다보니 원하는대로 다 못 한다고 하신게 인상 깊었네요.... 저는 뭘 할 때면 생각이 많고 몇년을 고민하고 있고 이 분 말대로 더이상의 적성을 찾는건 불필요한걸까요? 돈이 많으면 제 멋대로 관두고 이거하자 저거하자 관리할텐데 저 혼자 모든걸 책임져야하는 단계라 넘나 스트레스네요... 사실 현회사의 비전이 당장 불투명해서 이직이든 업종전환이든 해야하는데 이직을 하자니 타회사 대비 물경력이고 업종전환은 제가 뭘 해야하는지 알아볼 곳조차 없으니ㅠㅠㅠㅠ퓨ㅠㅠㅠㅠ Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 5 |

50대 이상이신 분들은 대부분 적성으로 일하지 않으셨습니다. 대한민국의 경제성장기에서 그냥 돈으로 대학진학여부 결정하고 돈되는 학과 가서 돈 따라서 취직하거나 기술배우고 장사하며 따박따박 적금들고 일하셨던 분들이에요. 그렇게 적금들고 전세집이 자가 아파트가 되고, 아파트사고팔며 부가 늘어나고 결혼하고 애낳는걸 당연하게 생각하던 사회 분위기였습니다.
그런데 적성을 포기하고 돈 따라 일하는게 당연한 줄 알았고 그게 평생 직장이 될 줄 알았는데 그렇게 되지 않아 50대 이후의 삶에서 방황을 많이들 하세요
