홍차넷 여러분 안녕하세요, 요새 사업을 하면서 일들은 무난하게 흘러가는데, 왠지 무기력하고 일들이 진행이 잘 안 되는 느낌이 들어 고민을 하고 있었습니다. 그런데 오늘 우연히 화장실 가면서 집어든 책 "창업은 한 권의 노트로 시작하라”을 읽다가 깨달음을 얻어, 간단히 내용을 정리해보려고 합니다. 책의 저자는 왜 창업 노트를 써야 하는지 이유를, 창업가가 극복해야 할 세 가지 벽을 넘는데 결정적인 역할을 한다는 것으로 설명합니다. 저자는 사업을 시작하고 나면, 사업을 지지부진하게 만드는 원인으로 "세 가지 벽” 이라는 개념을 소개했습니다. 1. 아이디어의 벽 실제로 창업한 뒤 사업이 순조롭게 풀리지 않으면 자신도 모르게 눈앞의 작은 일에 일희일비해서 새로운 비즈니스 발상을 하려들지 않게 되는 상태 Solution : 창업 노트에서 잊고 있던 아이디어를 되새겨, 창조력 회복! 2. 추진력의 벽 사업이 어느 정도 궤도에 오른 단계에서 직면하는 벽으로, 비즈니스에 가속도를 내기 위해 필요한 추진력이 둔화되는 상태 * 주요 원인 두 가지? 1) 해야 한다는 것은 알고 있지만 왠지 의욕이 안 생기고 게을러져서 행동으로 옮기려 하지 않는 것 Solution : 1년 뒤, 2년 뒤 마일스톤 정하고 실행했는지 확인 2) 시간 관리가 잘 되지 않는다는 것 Solution : 우선순위나 긴급성의 정도를 고려해서 시간을 어떻게 사용할지 정리한다. 3. 마인드의 벽 마음이 좌절하는 상태. - 상품이나 서비스를 팔아도 계속 거절당한다. - 직원을 잘 다루지 못해서 고민하는 일. - 자금 회전이 막혀 돈 문제로 머릿속이 꽉 차서 다른 생각은 도무지 비집고 들어올 틈이 없는 경우. Solution : 자신에게 용기를 부여한다. ---- 책의 주 내용은, 창업 노트가 어떻게 이런 문제를 해결하는데 도움을 주는지였지만, 저는 지금 제가 처한 상황을 객관적으로 바라보는데 더 큰 도움을 받았습니다. (노트는 이미 쓰고 있거든요) 저의 경우는 2번 문제라는걸 깨달았습니다. 1번 문제랑 3번도 희미하게 기운이 느껴지지만, 지금의 경우에는 추진력이 줄어들다보니 이 여파로 좌절감과 아이디어가 잘 안 떠오른다는 결론을 내렸습니다. 사실 5년째 사업을 하다보니, 요새는 항상 아이디어가 모자른적은 없었고 좌절에도 면역이 된 것 같아서요. 그래서 간만에 내가 왜 이 사업을 시작했고 언제까지 무엇을 달성하고 싶은지 다시 그려보는 중입니다. 어제는 하루종일 자고 지금 동네 할리스 커피에서 하루를 시작하고 있어요. 뜬금없을 수 있지만, 저는 개인적으로 유튜브 크리에이터로 활동하는 보겸님의 자세를 존경합니다. 영상은 제 취향이 아니지만, 매 영상 앞에 나오는 “이제 300만 구독자 가야지!” 란 다짐을 좋아해요. 뭔가 자신과의 싸움을 하며 끝없이 정진해나가는 느낌이라 할까요. 그리고 당연히 갈 수 있을거란 확신이 느껴지는것도 좋구요. 최근에 벽에 막혀있었단 생각을 하니까 오히려 마음이 후련해지네요. 요새 몇주간은 정말 미시적인 이슈들에 대해 신경쓰다 보니 내가 1년뒤에 뭘 이룰지에 대한 생각은 소홀했던것 같아요. 저는 3D 채팅 게임을 개발하고 있는데, 처음 시작은 정말 내가 하고싶은 게임을 개발하고 싶어서였어요. 저는 온라인에서 마음에 맞는 친구를 사귀고, 함께 즐거운 시간을 보내고, 그 인연이 현실로까지 이어지는걸 정말 좋아하거든요. 하루 단위로만 생각하니까 언제 개발하고 런칭할지 까마득했는데, 1년, 2년 뒤를 상상하니까 다시 가슴이 뛰기 시작하는걸 느껴요. 홍차넷에 꼭 글을 적어보고 싶었는데, 마음의 고민이 해결되니까 자연스럽게 행동으로 옮겨지네요 ㅎㅎ 홍차넷 분들도 각자 이루고자 하는 꿈이 있고, 그 과정에서 비슷한 벽에 부딪히는 분들이 있을 거란 생각이 들어요. 다들 힘내서!! 벽을 깨부수고 목적지까지 함께 도착했으면 좋겠습니다 :) Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 1
