요즘 와인을 자주 마시고 있습니다. 지갑에 돈이 생기니까 예전부터 관심갖던, 하지만 빈털털이라 도전못했던 곳에 발을 들일 수 있네요. 사는 지역이 촌동네라 와인 구하기 열악한 편입니다. 그나마 유일하게 있는 와인샵과 대형마트를 통해 최근 두 달동안 여러 와인을 마셔봤습니다. 역시 이런 쪽이 내 취향이구나 싶었습니다. 단순히 먹고 마시고 맛있으면 끝이 아니라 좀 더 깊이 파들어가며 공부할 수 있는 점이 와인의 매력같습니다. 몇일전부터 와인서적을 읽고 있는데 제대로 된 와인 시음은 정말 표현이 어마어마하더군요. 무슨 블랙베리 맛이 나고 삼나무 향이 느껴지고...그런 맛과 향이 뭔지 모르니 말입니다. 앞으로 다양한 와인을 마셔본다면 그게 뭔지 깨달을 수 있지 않을까 싶습니다. 이제 막 와인을 접한 뉴비이므로 뭐라 자신있게 얘기할 능력은 못되고, 마셔본 느낌으로 간단하게 점수만 매겨보겠습니다. 5점이면 정말 맛있다! 4점은 좋다. 3점은 마실만하다. 2점은 별로다. 1점은 돈이 아깝다. 정도로 봐주세요. Perez Cruz Syrah Limited Edition 2013 칠레. 쉬라즈. 사진 찍어놓은게 없네요. 처음 마신 와인입니다. 첫 와인이 이거라서 다행이었습니다. 아무것도 모르는 상태인데도 마시자마자 이건 좋은 와인이구나 직감이 왔습니다. 신의 물방울 식으로 표현하자면 상쾌한 아침 숲속에 들어간 느낌이랄까. 나무 향같은게 났던거 같습니다. 4점.  Poderi Colla Nebbiolo d'Alba 2013 이탈리아. 네비올로. 화려한 느낌의 파티용 와인. 좀 묽어서 흐릿한 느낌. 3점.  d'ominio de alma crianza 2015 스페인. 까베르네 소비뇽, 모나스트렐. 와인이라곤 주워들은 지식으로 프랑스, 이탈리아의 구세계. 칠레, 미국의 신세계. 그 외엔 별로. 이런 허접한 편견을 갖고 있었는데 그걸 완전 깨부숴준 와인. 다채롭고 섬세한 느낌. 5점.  koyle royale 2012 칠레. 까베르네 소비뇽. 스파이시하고 조금 생소한 바디감. 왠지 모르게 땡기는 맛. 4점.  anke 2015 칠레. 까르미네르, 쁘띠 베르도, 쉬라즈. 한여름 부엌 찬장에 몇일동안 안 마시고 내버려두다 마셨더니 뭔가 상태가 안 좋았습니다. 원래 이런 녀석이 아닌데 조금 망가진 느낌. 마실수록 안타까웠습니다. 와인에게도, 내 돈에게도. 2점.(원래는 이런 점수가 아닐 가능성 높음)  anke 참사를 겪고난 뒤 들여온 와인셀러. 저가형으로 찾으니 생각보다 싸더군요. 8병 들어가는 작은 녀석입니다.  ghost pines 2013 미국. 메를로. 홈+ 와인. 그쪽 마트에서 띄워주던 유명한 와인 같았습니다. 그리고 띄워줄만 했습니다. 이 가격에 이런 맛이면 뭐...가격대비 퍼포먼스가 훌륭. 다만 가성비 와인답게 하루만 지나도 폼이 금방 죽더군요. 셀러에 킵해놓고 다음날 마시니 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 4점.  toscolo chianti classico reserva 2010 이탈리아. 산지오베제, 까베르네 소비뇽, 메를로. 신선한 꽃과 과일향. 전체적으로 활발한 생기를 가진 느낌. 4점.  patagon family reserve 2013 칠레. 까베르네 소비뇽, 까베르네 프랑. 뭔가 과일의, 과일향 종류 느낌이었는데 찾아보니 이런걸 베리류라고 한다는걸 배웠습니다. 중간 정도의 바디감과 타닌, 산도 밸런스가 좋은거 같습니다. 개봉한 당일보단 다음날 마셨을때 가장 좋았고, 이틀째 마신건 많이 죽어서 잔재만 남은 느낌. 4점. 늘어놓고보니 대부분 맛있다로 귀결되네요. 네, 와인 맛있어요.ㅋㅋ 지금까진 무작정 추천을 받거나 검색해서 평점이 좋거나 하는 와인을 사왔습니다. 이제부턴 다양한 품종-특히 피노누아, 피노누아가 궁금해!-의 와인을 맛보고 세계관을 넓혀봐야겠습니다. 마지막으로 아직 못 까고 셀러에 있는 두 와인들.  il borro toscana 2014 그 유명한 sassicaia, 소위 슈퍼투스칸 스타일로 만든 이탈리아 와인. 많이 기대하고 있는 녀석.  cloudy bay 2014 지금까지 레드와인만 마셨는데 이제 화이트와인도 마셔볼 예정입니다. 이 녀석이 첫 주자가 되겠네요. 앞으로도 와인 마실때마다 주기적으로 감상을 적어보겠습니다.
