현실적인 육아체험담 먼저 아기는 누워서 자지 않습니다. 이걸 염두에 두고 읽어주시기 바랍니다. 꿈같은,그러나 첫째라면 절대로 당시에는 모를 조리원기간이 지나고 집에 아기와 함께 집에 왔습니다. 이제 현실의 시작입니다. 생후 1~2주가량 된 아기는 한번에 80ml가량을 먹을 수 있고 하루 8~9회정도 먹는다고 분유회사에서 알려줍니다. 대충 3시간에 한번 꼴로 먹겠네요. 80ml를 먹는데 대략 20분가량이 소요됩니다. 그럼 기저귀 갈아주고 분유타고 먹이고 정리하면 30분가량 나머지 2시간 30분은 아기가 자는 시간일까요? 당연히 아닙니다. 아기는 반드시 트림을 시켜줘야 합니다. 위식도관이 직선에 가깝고 식도조임근의 힘이 약하여 토를 하기 쉬워서 반드시 트림을 시켜줘야합니다. 이 트림하는데에 운이 좋으면 금방하겠지만 안하는 경우도 많습니다. 그럼 꼼짝없이 세워 안은채 20분이상 토닥여주는게 좋습니다. (많은 경우 아기 트림소리는 제대로 한다면 어른 트림소리와 큰 차이가 없이 크고 우렁찹니다.) 보통 트림시키고 나면 기저귀가 축축합니다. 또 소변을 본거죠. 아기는 정말 자주 배변활동을 합니다. 자주 갈아주지 않으면 연약한 아기 피부가 짓무를수 있으니 다시 갈아줍니다. 문제는 보통 기저귀 갈아주면 아기가 잠에서 깨는 경우가 많습니다. (정말 드물게 아기가 먹을 때가 지났는데 자는 경우가 있는데 이럴 때 깨우는 방법이 기저귀를 갈아주는 겁니다.) 아기가 배불리 먹게 되면 재우지 않아도 눈을 감고 졸게되고 트림시키기 위해 안아주고 있으면 잠드는 경우가 종종있는데 다시 재워야 합니다. 재우는데 얼마나 걸리냐면 아기 마음입니다. 트림시키는 20분간 꿀잠을 자고 다시 안자는 경우 종종 있습니다. 자 이제 20분가량걸려 아기를 다시 재웠습니다. 그럼 50분+20분이 지났으니 다음 먹을 시간까지 1시간 50분이 남았네요. 생각보다 여유시간이 있네요. 이대로라면 좀 피곤하기는 하지만 할만할겁니다. 그럴리가 없지요. 아기가 3시간단위로 먹는 다는 건 책에서나 나오는 겁니다. 심심하면 2시간 단위로 먹습니다. 어? 그럼 하루 먹는 총량이 많지 않냐고 하실텐데 당연히 먹다가 그만둡니다. 이유는 다양합니다. 먹다가 배좀 차니 잔다고, 먹다말고 응가한다고, 그냥 안먹기도 합니다. 모유수유면 좀 낫지만 분유수유라면 젖병의 시간당 소비량이 늘어서 설거지를 더 자주해줘야합니다. 자 여기서 다시 한번 알려드립니다. 아기는 누워자지 않습니다. 물론 누워자는 아기 있습니다. 깊이 잠들었을 때 눕혀재우는 경우 있습니다. 그런 아기도 손을 타고 시간이 지나면 변합니다. 저도 3일전까지는 제 딸이 누워자는 드문 아기인줄 알았습니다. 대부분의 아기는 누워자지 않는 시기가 옵니다. 아기가 잘 때 낮이라면 밥도 먹고 설거지도 하고 빨래도 해야하는데 못합니다. 아기가 안자고 우는데 안아줘야하니 못합니다. 밤에는 나도 좀 자고 해야하는데 안아줘야합니다. 못잡니다. 앞에서 했던 시간계산은 아무 의미 없습니다. 어차피 여유시간은 없기 때문이죠. 이때쯤 되면 현질의 유혹이 옵니다. 꿀잠자게 해준다는 속싸개, 잠시 눕혀놓고 화장실 다녀올수 있는 바운서, 각종 신생아용 아기띠 등등. 대개의 경우 남들은 다 효과봤다는데 내 아기는 효과가 없습니다. 결국 시간이 약이고 부부가 함께 이겨내는 수 밖에 없는듯합니다. 기차에서 쓰고 있었는데 어느새 동대구역이 다와가네요. 남은 내용은 다음에 쓰겠습니다. 아 100일전후로 수면교육하는게 유행인데 2주이상 매일매일 아기울음소리 30~1시간이상 듣고도 버틸수 있는 강철멘탈이신분만 시도하세요.
