몇년 전 반포자이 놀이터에 외부인 출입금지 했던 일이 기사화 된 적이 있습니다. 언론은 이를 고급아파트 주민들의 갑질이라 타이틀을 뽑았고 그 아파트 단지 주민들은 전 국민적인 욕을 먹었습니다. 애들이 놀이터에 와서 좀 놀겠다는데 그걸 쫒아내는 매정하고 이기적인 사람들이라구요... 얼핏 보면 맞습니다. 그런데 말입니다. 실상은 전혀 다릅니다. 반포자이에는 카약수영장 놀이터가 있습니다. 그 주위로 벤치와 나무그들도 있구요. 미니 어린이 워터파크 정도 생각하시면 될거에요. 외부에서 아이들이 놀러온 건 맞습니다... 문제는 아이들과 함께 부모들도 같이 온다는거였죠. 지역 맘카페에는 주말에 멀리가지 않고 아이들과 휴가 보내기 좋은 곳으로 반포자이 카약수영장이 좋다는 추천글이 올라오기도 했습니다. 그정도로 유명하고 인기가 좋았습니다. 그래서 여름철이면 아침부터 외부 사람들이 가족단위로 피크닉 가듯 놀러옵니다. 한두명이 아니죠. 외부인들이 놀이터와 벤치를 점령해 정작 입주민들은 이용하지 못하는 상황이 계속됩니다. 주차장은 외부차들로 몸살이구요.거기에 놀러온 사람들은 부르스터에 고기를 구워먹고 술판도 벌입니다. 돌아갈 때 깨끗히 정리하냐.... 여기 한국이죠. 먹다 남은 통닭, 음료수, 김밥, 쓰고남은 불판호일, 돼지기름..... 화단에 바닥에 의자밑에 그냥 다 버리고 갑니다. 악취에 쓰레기에 소음에...... 계속되는 입주민들의 불만제기로 결국 외부인 출입금지가 되었죠. 그런데 언론에서는 이걸 무슨 놀이터에서 그네타고 미끄럼틀 타고 놀고 있는 어린 아이들을 내 쫒은거마냥 보도를 하더군요. 강남 고급아파트 주민들의 집단 이기심으로 동심이 멍들어 간다고요. 공중파, 종편, 신문, 커뮤니티 할것 없이 전국민이 욕하는데..... 그리고 오늘은 이런글이 커뮤니티마다 퍼져나가고 있습니다. http://www.todayhumor.co.kr/board/view.php?table=bestofbest&no=352040&s_no=352040&page=1  철산 래미안 입주민들이 주공아파트 아이들이 등하교시 아파트 단지를 가로질러 가는 것을 막는다는 내용입니다. 애들이 학교 좀 가겠다는데 멀리 빙 돌아가라고 막는다며 갑질 쩐다는거지요. 저도 처음에 보고 애들이 학교 가겠다는데 저렇게까지 해야 싶었습니다. 그래서 궁금해 지도검색을 해봤습니다.  지도의 빨간점이 초등학교. 중학교 정문입니다. 빨간색 실선은 아이들이 돌아가는 길, 파란실선은 가로질러 가는 길입니다. 얼마나 돌아가길래 그러나 했으나.... 초등학교는 돌아가나 가로질러가나 거의 차이가 없습니다. 중학교는 돌아가는 거리상 약 3분정도.... 등하교 시간마다 수십 수백명의 아이들이 단지를 가로질러 간다면... 글쎄요. 어지간한 분들 다 불만이 생기지 않을까 싶습니다. 10분, 20분 돌아가게 한다면 좀 달리 생각해볼 여지도 있겠습니다만... 이게 과연 이렇게 집단 이기주의와 갑질로 매도되어야 하는지는 전 잘 모르겠습니다. 저희집은 등산로에 있습니다.

전 외부 소음에 무던한 편이고 지금이야 워낙 오래돼서 적응이 다 됐지만..

밑에 철산 래미안 문제는 입주민들 입장이 어느정도 이해가 갑니다.
저희집은 등산로에 있습니다.
유명한 등산코스인지 사람들이 정말 많이 지나갑니다.
주민불편이 있으니 조용히 지나가달라는 푯말도 세워져 있지만 대다수에게 그딴건 알바 아니다죠.

할 수만 있다면 집 옆으로 난 길을 막고 사람들 다 돌아서 가게 하고 싶었어요.
민감한 사람이라면 정말 미쳐버릴지도 모르겠습니다.
